I ditched half of today at college to go to my old Secondary school library, see a bunch of 12 year olds playing Runescape and go HAHA I COULD PWN YOU NOOBS. I went for other reasons obviously, but I couldn't help myself. I also decided to give up on humanity today. Who needs human friendships when everybody is just a total [bleep]? -.-
  2. I've already bought up a few for potential rares. There's no definate that they would become rares BUT in a few years 50 broken axes could be like goldmine.
  3. They use that money to pay for the free servers. That's probably true. From the 2008 figures that I can remember from the thread in the forum here, F2P generates about £2 million a year whereas P2P generates £30 million... who should get the most customer service? It's not like there's much for P2P anyway. The forums are nothing to be jealous of and besides that there's nothing -.- Still, I think Jagex are a good company even if it's just for profit they do seem to care but imagine if there was a way to report a site on the front page for everybody? How many reports from whiny kids reporting their mates site because they fell out and he's trying to get him in trouble? It must be difficult as it is to deal with reports ingame :?
  4. I usually only just wear my Explorers Ring (3) and a Tip.it cape but I've started wearing my Green Runecrafter robes too. Unless I'm doing combat or something. Runecrafter clothes are spiffy
  5. Just what we need... another F2P vs P2P argument. Can't we all just face it that JaGex loves us all equally?
  6. I play in a sort of similar way to you. I'm not particularly interested in clans, never bothered with them and never really made many friends over Runescape but I don't mind chatting too much really =/ I used to play to beat my best friend IRL's levels but now I have, I play just for myself. I love the GE because it makes things so much easier and there's no real need to have to talk to people I don't really care about. I enjoy the Tip.It forums because I like forums in general and I find quite a lot of the discussions on here interesting. It's also great to learn things, I wouldn't know half the stuff I do if it wasn't for the forums. To me, Runescape is a game to me rather than a social environment.
  7. Kinda bummed that America was the only one talked about in the economy article. It would have made a lot of sense to talk about the British economy too as that would be more likely to directly effect JaGex, though the player base is more likely to be effected by the American economy so yeah. Interesting article though that made some good points. I myself am questioning if I can afford £3.50 a month for what is essentially a luxury. I am hoping to see JaGex get through this crisis though, I can see it managing and even more probably, gaining more members as the WoW players all start turning up in Lumbridge. The God Wars article was definately interesting. Reading about Bandos made me lol because my friend read out the Goblin book thing with it in over Skype to me and it was just hilarious. Anywho, nice Tip.It Times as usual
  8. It just came to me... Entrana somewhere. It'd be harder to kill me.
  9. I killed goblins and kept trying to kill the ducks in the Lummy river but couldn't figure out how. Then I figured I could take on the farmer (can't remember how I found him) and died :(
  10. Because it's a game. And because they'll probably unban the ones they see as innocent. To be honest it's the best approach to ban as many as possible THEN deal with who is innocent or not.

I can see most sides of this. I have one account and I train most skills. Combat... Skilling... neither is better than the other. Without combat the resources skills make would be useless and without skillers, combat would have no food, weapons & armour, runes ect. Each relies on the other and neither is better than the other. Everybody has a personal preference of course but to say skillers are wrong is just ignorant in my opinion. Runescape is not all about combat and I think a lot of people (myself included) enjoy Runescape because of this. I personally wouldn't make a level 3 account to skill, but I don't mind anybody who does and I'll respect them just like I would a player with level 130 combat... or level 70 combat... or level 23 combat... I'd say just whatever. If they enjoy it then that's their choice.
  12. The Crash Island-Ape Atoll looks like Pacman  I never realised that! haha awesome! I'm hoping that they do expand some areas but a whole new continent would be quite a big thing for them to go I guess, though possibly needed if the game keeps expanding as it does. :
  13. Well Racheya came from my real name Rachael. I'm not quite sure how Racheya came about but it became my username type thing for many years. If you come across a Racheya on the internets it might be me. I've never seen another Racheya before O_o Anywho that was that.
  14.  That is an awesome reply. That thread was funny, I really doubt a n00b wrote it
  15. I don't get where the runecrafting cape comes from :?
  16. Quite decent updates by the sound of it. The magic spellbook might be kind of useless but I'll still give it a whizz. F2P teleblock is pretty alright and the removal of GoP alchers is definately good for me. Though I do 50/50 games quite a bit but I don't really see the harm in not doing anything for a few minutes *shrugs* And they've FINALLY FIXED THE HAIR THING! My hair keeps changing about once a week it's REALLY annoying. I am so glad they fixed it \
  17. Nevermind. I hit it and it's working now O__O Lock please mods
  18. I'm on my brothers laptop at the moment since my laptop's internet has completely died. I use Windows Vista Home Basic 32-bit and have a wireless connection to a linksys router on broadband that's working fine atm. What happened is that earlier on my internet connection died. Not an uncommon thing, so I restarted my laptop and I noticed it was taking ages to shut down, when it was finished shutting down I got a blue screen of death. I couldn't see what it said as it had tiny writing and went off quickly. The laptop then booted up like usual but the internet hasn't worked since. Also there's a little icon on my laptop that flashes when it's doing a wireless connection. There's also a switch under it that lets you turn the wireless on or off. The icon hasn't flashed since either. I've checked the device manager and all the network adapters are okay according to it, i've updated with the latest driver software for it too. I've reset winsock through the command promt but the laptop still won't find a connection to our wireless internet. I've been at it for hours and i'm at a loss... halp please :?
  19. I'd say Seers or the Grand Exchange.
  20. I've been on lots of forums before and I quickly get addicted to them like I have started to become with TIF. The only thing was that I got banned from all those other forums :S Anywho, I check this place at least once a day before going on Runescape or something. Sometimes I get too distrated with this and forget about going on Runescape :P
  21. I'm 16, almost 17. And I still pay under 16's prices for buses :twss:
  22. I was fighting in the stronghold of security and I got whisked away to a freaky forrester random and I ran north west... which would suggest that it is placed somewhere south of the SoS... just something I remembered from yesterday.
  23. Some great articles this week :D I found the one about pet rock care funny. I wasn't exactly expecting an article on something like that but it was funny and well written =D> As for construction I'm not sure since I've never had lots of money... but if it was me I guess I would probably spread it out on other skills but... I really want a higher construction level for teleports so... I don't know :P The article about the Runescape gods was really interesting. I've actually been looking up about the gods the past few weeks because I got curious and realised I know pretty much jack about them so the article was definately useful :D
  24. I haven't watched many films from this year but here we go: Best most awesome film: Wall-E Worst, most dispised film with an uncontrollable, burning hated that will never die: Twilight :wall: :wall: :wall: :wall: :wall:
