Friendship should be more important than Runescape... Especially IRL friendships. That is true. I'd never dump my friends because they screwed me over on Runescape, so hopefully if he does get banhammered he shouldn't either to you. Just people are syaing 'you shouldn't have reported him he's your friend, friends are more important than Runescape.' but it should work the other way too (hopefully, if he's a reasonable person) that he'll understand it's just a game. Just hope he doesn't get in too much trouble, if it's his first offense it shouldn't be too bad? I wouldn't know *shrugs*

We already have one American holiday now so I doubt Jagex would go for 4th July really since they are a british company ^_^ I like the idea of Bonfire Night but it's a little close to Halloween really =/

I definately think that minigames are important, if people had to just train in conventional ways all the time it would get more boring than it already can be. The beauty of things like SC armour and tools is that it doesn't really cut down how long you play. Imagine it would take you 2 hours to do something but you use SC tools and it halfs the time. You still spend an hour on SC getting those tools so it equals the same time, just half of it is spent doing more fun things. The rewards for mingames are the main drive of them. If they had no rewards then they wouldn't be played nearly as much as they are. I think they're a necessary part of the game because they are fun, and thats what a game is all about, having fun.

If he's cheating, report him. Simple as. You can say 'oh well friendship is more important than Runescape' so yeah, report him and if he gets mad at you then he's got the problem not you. If he stops being your friend over a game then -.- Also by not reporting him you're encouraging him to break the rules (in a way). People shouldn't cheat. Getting levels is part of the game and you're missing out on it by macroing. I wouldn't get him in trouble with say, the police over something unless it was serious, but this. is. a. game. If he gets in trouble then he should have followed the rules in the first place. :wall:

I usually PK in F2P since it's usually easier and I'm not really a PKer. Though I will go to P2P PK worlds sometimes though.

Alt+S only works on IE. If you're on a macbook you'd probably be using Safari so try alt+shift+S ? I dunno

I'm throwing my vote in for Wii because it's quicker to just pick up and play and cheaper (in general). It's better for someone like me. I'm a gamer since I got a PS1 but I'm not into shooters or war-like games. I grew up with Spyro, Crash, Tony Hawks Pro Skater and stuff. I adore PS2 and I was so sure I would love the PS3 but I'm afraid I can't. I've played one quite a bit at a friends house and it's good, but I want the versitility of the PS2 where you got more than just shooter games or whatever the hell games... you could play literally ANYTHING on a PS2 but now the games just seem to be more directed to hardcore gamers. I'm not saying this is always true but it does feel that way. As an Xbox hater through principle I hate that if I were to get either a PS3 or a 360, I'd get the 360 becuase it reminds me more of the PS2 I love and is cheaper. Blu ray and all that crap is only good for people who can already afford expensive games consoles and large Hi-def tvs. We don't even have a widescreen television in my house -.- The PS2 was a console for everybody, rich or poor. Wow this topic has grown fast. :shock: I'm really intreigued to see how the Runescape world actually pans out. I'm keeping my eye out for extra things in dungeons (though it's fairly difficult because I'm on standard def :cry: ) but I've been using my enchanted gem to talk to my slayer master and when I was in the ice cave by Mudskippers point which is south of my slayer master, I kept turning west...

:o :o :o :o :o :o OMGMETOO!!! I had Spryo when it first came out (Twas my first PS1 game). And I was down to one last dragon and a few gems. They were up in some roof thingy in the Haunted Towers level. I could [bleep]ing HEAR THE DAMN GINGLE SOUNDS IT MADE *dhfjdksjvg dskgdsg* then the card got corrupted. It makes me upset just to think of it :cry: I didn't even know guides (and the internet lol) existed back then so... :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry:

Anyway on the subject of appropriate presents I'd say gift vouchers/card. If the girl likes reading or pretty much anything tbh and does internet shopping then an Amazon gift card is FTW. Otherwise a shop she likes or just a general high street voucher with a bit of chocolate on the side \

I wouldn't preferably since I hate kids :thumbsup: But I'd not get drunk and annoy the kid about how much I love them when I come in at 2 in the morning puking on the floor like my parents do -.- I'd feed the kid, give it good internet access, games ect that it needs. Some money to get by but not so much that it becomes a spoiled brat. Brand label trainers so it doesn't get picked on by people but cheap clothes for everything else :thumbsup: I'd teach it tolerance for everybody of all backgrounds, cultures, ages, religions, sexualities ect but wouldn't try to say you have to like everybody. I'd try to get my child to become intellectual and interested in learning but sometimes it just won't work. I'll let the kid have whatever hobbies he/she wants as long as it doesn't hurt anybody else. I'd show the child that there's more to life than what some of their friends might think. That reality television, football & celebrities are not the be all and end all of life. I'd also raise my child under the church of Googleism and the ways of lulz :twss: I'd want to be the sort of parent that can be told anything. I'd talk to my children about sex and relationships but I wouldn't expect them to be open to me. A lot of people think that if you're open with a child they'll be open with you. Children will still lie when they get their first boyfriend/girlfriend and when they start having sex... it's just what kids and teenagers do. I won't stand a chav child though - oh no no no. I have one person he was just constantly spamming where I was skilling and I just got annoyed. I've only ever had him on my list, I very rarely use it.

Grand exchange definately. Don't really care about the graphics because my laptop doesn't run them well and how the game looks isn't a priority for me.
