  1. Great guide and funny too  I loled many times  I've considered buying stuff from NPCs a few times but never really have so I'mma go try it out and see how it goes ^__^
  2. I have to say I'm on both sides. Personally I'd prefer to have the timer extended because I hate having to switch tabs back and forth if I want to check something on a tip it skill guide or check the next step in a quest. I also hate having to just sit here and move my finger on the touch pad every minute when I'm doing something like woodcutting and fishing. But I can see why it might be needed or at least useful in the game.
  3. Friend told me. A few people used to play it at school.
  4. I was just wondering this. If you saw someone die would you repair or bless (if you have the level) their gravestone? I personally do because I almost lost a lot of stuff once if it wasn't for a good person repairing my gravestone for long enough for me to get back to it. (My friend told me to kill green dragons, I wasn't ready :( )
  5. I like the rune/pure essence mining song that plays (can't remember the name) \ Very pretty  :D
  6. I think melee first because it's the cheapest to train (magic and range has runes and arrows to fork out for) and is pretty versatile against most monsters. After that it'd probably be mage because it can hit hard and is pretty awesome in general :)
  7. I don't care what people think of me IRL so I care even less on some computer game. I train up my levels not because I want to be respected, but because I want to get that level for the benefits of what I can do (Like I just got to level 60 att for dragon) or because I enjoy the skill (Smithing for example). Getting respected would be a secondary thing to me.
  8. It's much more expensive by txt over here in the UK too. £6 for a month by txt and £3.50 a month by Debit/Credit. I used to have to buy it by txt when I did a stint of membership a few years ago, but now, bank accounts FTW \ It's great that Ireland is getting it too because I have a friend who might use it. I'm buying her membership atm though as a christmas present for like 10 months or so because I can't afford £35 all in one go :wall: Okay I'll shut up about my finances now  Lets hope we get some new members \
  9. I think it's great that people's dads and mums can play Runescape with them  but I personally would find it rather awkward. My parents don't care what I'm doing on here and when they ask there's a beautiful thing called lying \ My dad doesn't know how to turn the computer on and my mum's gaming is limited at Spider Solitare.
  10. Forgetting that I would be pwned when I teleported to Fally when the PVP worlds first came out. I got attacked by magers and I didn't even make it to the bank, I lost my full rune :? :wall: Doing the Dragon Slayer quest, I was bricking it by the time I got to the dragon, then it turned out to be easy

Yeah. You have to stand in a direct line in front of him, but while standing off of the ice. Then just click on the square of ice directly in front of him. You'll step onto the ice, and slide right into him. Kind of reminds me of the ice-puzzles from the Zelda games :D T'is more Pokemon-esque to me
  12. agreed  Farming = WIN^2 Also agreed even though I don't like it I gotta say that its a awesome way to make money (I've seen other players on here get a lot of money from it.) Agreed again :P
  13. 1: Do you find yourself just shoving these holiday items into the back of your bank? Yes, but I will wear them now and again 2: Would having the ability to wear them on top of your armor make these items more worth it to you? Not really. 3: Do you really just enjoy the quest? Usually yes, I do. 4: I understand that they can show how long youve played (ex:bunny ears), is the chicken suit/new holiday items just that for you? No because I don't have any long time items and it's not all about combat is it? -.-
  14. Runecrafting definately. I used to use them on prayer but I'm into Runecrafting now and it's driving me nuts :wall:
  15. Usually nothing at all except my tip.it cape and maybe fancy boots *shrugs* Weight before 'coolness'.
  16. Runecrafting is so hard... I've been at it all night and I'm almost at tears and I've still got 43 more levels to go before 99. The FoG visits to get the tokens for more earth gloves breaks it up a bit but it's turning into a nightmare :ohnoes: Easiest skill is probably fletching, cooking and woodcutting for me tbh.
  17. I probably wouldn't. If I did then I would probably specialise in maybe maging and become a pure or just a skiller or whatever, I wouldn't go about trying to get levels in everything again. I'd also demand a refund if my account was lost by them, but if I got banned then I wouldn't really have a leg to stand on :(
  18. I'm sure I've read that the stronghold of Security has been mentioned but I'm not sure there are any pictures but I found this: [hide=Pictures] [/hide] Crappy quality but so is paint *shrugs*
  19. I hope the sailing skill never comes about -.- There's nothing there... hopefully because there is NO sailing skill.
  20. I'm hoping for Camelot/Seers Village or Ardougne. I would be interested to see what a Wildy one would be like but I think there's a slim possiblity of that :( I support the idea for an Achievement Cape though to trim the Quest cape once all the diaries are done
  21. A good way to get Natures would be to go to the Nature Running world (can't remember exactly which it is) and get someone at the alter there to do you x2 Natures ^_^
  22. Maybe like, 1000 hours or more I think. I'm dubious to guess because it's very hard to estimate because I joined years ago, played... stopped... played... stopped... then got back into it recently again but I think probably over 1k at least
  23. If there was no F2P, Runescape would be dead. Simple.
  24. 51 Fishing and 50 cooking. Then over 30 summoning.
  25. Not having high enough levels to fight Revenants really, I find them annoying buy I definately see the point in them and can appreciate that they're there to make the Wilderness a more dangerous place. It wouldn't be a challenge if there wasn't Revenants to make the wildy dangerous and if there's no challenge then it cheapens the game. Revenants ftw
