  1. Brimhaven and etceteria it is. Port sarim is the least useful for me, I guess. And I do actually do bush runs. 4 very easily accesable patches
  2. Solo or group? Anyway... FFFFUUUU :P
  3. Where would be the best place(s) to plant spirit trees? Will get 83 checking my trees on BXPW, so thought I'd pie up and plant it now.. But where?
  4. Other things you could buy from shops and sell is unf broad bolts and arrows from slayer masters. Seaweed from Arhein, things from the chest in lumby castle if you've done RFC(those profit a lot)
  5. Ok, first of all, welcome back. Posted your photo for convenience. Construction is useful for a lot of things, getting a portal room and gilded altar in your room to mention some things. You're going to want to use slayer as your main combat lvl'ing skill if you enjoy slaying. Dungeoneering is also something to start as it has amazing rewards, but be aware that the first few levels are really boring and do not give a good picture of the skill. When you've gotten a bit of money back, you might want to catch up on some quests, get 70 prayer and if you get a lot of money, high herblore for extreme potions. Charms for summoning is gathered easy by slaying(at least up to the levels where it becomes useful - 52+). Other than that, there's a lot of stuff you're going to have to figure out yourself. But Runescape 5 years ago and now are two different stories - it's a lot better now imo. Farming can be a really good source of money for the time it takes to do(herbs), but you need a bit higher level to plant decent herbs. Also at higher levels hunter can be decent money. Once you get a base of maybe 10m gp I suggest you start learning how to flip using the GE, as that can be very rewarding with little time invested. Hope you got some useful answers out of this. Feel free to add me if you have any further questions.
  6. Hello and welcome. Don't get scared by the trolls. They do no harm, only trolling.
  7. I don't think you have to plant the trees during the bxpw to get the bonus xp for checking.. If someone can verify this please? Meaning you won't have to wait till it actually starts to plant the trees, saving you a lot of time.
  8. Although it is possible to do, as I said in my previous post, I have to agree with accursed.. Although, say you're going away most of the weekend or such, the method you mentioned will of course work.
  9. Yes, that would work. I'd encourage you to also do calquats and palm trees though.
  10. Owned. Trololol
  11. Is it in any way possible to avoid randoms doing herblore during the double xp weekend? Any bank or anything that makes you "immune"?
  12. No lockpic. In the second highest room you can do, only check for snakes. In the highest room you can do, only loot the urns. Doing this you should still have time to open the golden chests on the way, and get the best xp.
  13. Might wanna change the siggy to new cc, Cheese :)
  14. Although I already have my plan ready for the bonus xp weekend, I found this rather entertaining to read. So thanks for posting :)
  15. With scroll of cleansing, the maximum amount of potions per hour is around 2300(unf->pot)
  16. 2h over spear definitely :)
  17. Man, I wanna go nex..
  18. What I said was that it is far less efficient to make the regular antifires yourself. It costs over twice as much to make the antifires rather than buying them. It would be better to make a potion that costs less (gp/xp) and buy regular antifires. Then you make super antifires. Sometimes you will make potions that give less xp, but the time lost making a lesser xp potion is less than the time it takes to make the money back(if you make any considerable amount at least). Sometimes you can even make ranging potions for a decent gp/xp rate, and those give more xp than antifires. Even more time saved! If the argument about money not making a difference is to be valid, you might as well make saradomin brews, since they give 22,5 xp more than antifire potions(and are a 4187 gp loss per potion according to the current guide prices). Also, ge merching have gotten less profitable overall, the profit margins are smaller and flipping generally takes more time unless you find good items/get lucky. The last argument I have against this(bit of a cheap shot, but wth), is that to merchant you need to have money available. I know that atm, you don't have that :P Any prices or gp/xp rates stated are taken from the current guide prices and might be a bit off - I've not done test buys to answer :P
  19. I don't know your stats, but pure essence is so bad money that you'd probably be better off making money in another way, and buying the essence. I know you said you wouldn't use the ge, but this will save you a lot of time.
  20. Bruno, I do have to ask. How on earth do you get ovls with 86 herb? :|
  21. Ok, you enter the entrance just north-west of edgeville. Then you go from gargoyles -> mummies -> monks -> dust devils -> black demons -> bronze dragons/earth warriors -> dagannoths -> Bork Pull up a map of CT and you'll know what I'm talking about :) Happy hunting!
  22. Lvl 1 clues are best obtained by thieving ham members..
