Not 99, but the only fun I had before I had the stats for bossing / minigames was merching on my level 66. What else is there to really do besides... More skilling? I'm tired of Runecrafting... Maybe I'll go peak my RuneScape experience with doing laps around an agility course while watching NASCAR. TBH, the only reason I still play RuneScape is that I've made excellent friends who I like to chat with. Most of my time is spent in the lobby chatting with the odd stake/boss hunt.

People have no reason to train other then that cape at the end of the road. Some people may want that cape but not want to sped hundreds of hours to get it. RuneScape is grinding. It doesn't matter how you look at it. They can do update after update, but I've still gotta click 4 millions trees to get a 99 Woodcutting. It doesn't matter if they add a new tree/ivy to cut; we still gotta grind. Adding a new place to train... Yay, I can grind with new scenery. To have "fun" in RuneScape, it take hundreds upon hundreds of hours to be able to have/unlock that "fun".

Really? How come? Inb4 preconceptions and no tangible argument. Pretty obvious: Bots lower resource prices, people that gather resources suffer from this. If he is a person that likes to fish/woodcut/mine/... bots ruin it for him, he earns a tiny fraction of what he would earn without bots. This when there are easy ways of freeing RS from bots. If people are fishing/woodcutting/mining for money they should expect a low income. I'm sure even without bots, it'd still be less then worth it. The only reason people skill now-a-days is for that cape. And, TBH, what would someone who spends 99% of their time skilling actually need so much money for? A new pickaxe? O_o.

He was referring to the people who have made billions on this game over the years and so are selling to RWT sites. Or, even, those who are doing good staking and selling their wins to the RWT sites. I hardly doubt someone who lets his account bot yew trees or somethingw hile he sleeps is selling his RS-GPs to these gold sites because they are making [bleep]-all from botting. Lol. I can't get mad at these people. They're being very smart. They are getting forward in life by using their time on an online game to their advantage. It's the companies that you should hate on. They are the ones running bots all over the place for money.

A popular botting forum/site has 43921 Registered members... Not all of them are members I'm sure but still does bring out an interesting beginning calculation. Fictitiously, if half of them were members, paying.... 5 USD.... that comes out to $108,805.50 a month. While there is prob less than that, it is no small amount. And that is 1, one, uno, botting site. Not only that. Not all bot sites/forums require membership to download their bot/macros. Hell, if I could simply click a button and download it rather then register, I ain't gonna register. I used to run and administrate a hack site for popular FPS games like Battlefield and such. Many would know the name WR-Source (DW, it's been taken down and passed to a new owner under a different domain... Don't panic). Because we didn't require people to be logged in/registered to download the hacks, the traffic was incredible. Those that play WarRock, for example, will know what we did to that game. It's not a matter of who's the better player, instead who had the better hack. Ofc, we did have VIP (Better) which required memberships... Obviously.

Bots cost money? Sure some do... But there are readily available free bots. A "close relative" of mine (And no, not my brother Eidos) recently started a new account for the sole purpose of seeing how far he could get an account with using the most obvious bot. And I mean no random click coordinates, no random sleep values, no random color clicks, no human-like mouse-movements, etc. He's almost 99 Fishing, Woodcutting, Firemaking, and Mining. The sole purpose of this thing was to see how far you could get away with and he's nearing four 99s in a very short time using a tool that had a sole purpose of trying to get caught! But you know what... He's spending more time with his two sons and his girlfriend rather then getting fat in-front of a computer screen. ;). However, the problem here is not the odd person running a bot for a few fishing levels of something. It's the companies running hundreds/thousands of them at one time for gold farming. Inb4deleted.

If I botted... ;)... Which I don't! Nope! Nuh-uh! No way, no how! (Phew, this post is safe from being deleted)... I wouldn't care if I woke up to an extra 5K XP of an extra 5M XP. That's time saved, either way, and more XP then I went to bed with.

I too am against software such as PunkBuster. There would be a huge fuss if they took this approach, and we can write working bypasses in no time at all.

Edit: Just noticed it was Unwiii. He's got to be getting close to cleaned. I've won several 510's off him and one 1022M. I've seen like 8 and I'm only level 78... And Juna got me to level 70. They're honestly not that rare, TBH.

5 minute log out for afk. how about this, a captcha like that that you have to fill out or risk a ban. You have 1 hour to do it, and it does not interupt combat or count as a menu. The only people who would get banned from this would be a bot that is stuck and clicking wildy for an hour. A legit player would have to log in and afk out 12 times before this would risk damage to their account. There's already software that can easily read and crack any captcha. Would be very easy to incorporate this into a RuneScape bot. ;).

Would have happened whether we voted or not. It was well planned and scheduled before-hand.

Well... Drops at Armadyl are confusing me. Used to practically live there with a team and never once got a Draggon Dagger. This weekend, 7 Draggon Daggers in 2 trips. Also, Kree'arra's drop table needs updated... These awesome coin drops were from the boss: Lolwut?

Not rare, yet I've never seen a single one drop before this weekend. Now I've seen about 7 in the past 2 days.
