I don't get it... I have never got a Dragon Dagger from GWD before in all my time playing.Then, 2 trips ago, we got 3 in one trip. Then, we go back again last trip and got 2. Wtf?

I'm with you. I don't think it looks awful. My only concern is that it looks so damn stiff, like it was made from cardboard. Reminds me of a Family Guy episode... "What is that, some blue board?" "No, it's Chris' blanket." "Gross."

They sure as hell are making a pretty penny off of them. I would assume less then 1 in every 8 people at Soul Wars are actually people. Go to Aviansies. Go to dragons; green, blue, anything. Check out the Sorcerer's Garden. TBH, I wouldn't be surprised if they've out numbered real people already. Can't tell me Jagex is complaining about their wallet size swelling.

Lol, brother had an unfinished Guthix book and wanted to chin to 99 Ranged. So I wanted to get him a Zamorak book... But you gotta finish one book before getting another. One of the Zamorak pages ended up costing me 16M. What? I don't get it.

Saw a ton of people all buying arcane when I was in GE earlier. No idea about Spectral. I've already posted about Elysian and Divines.

From what I've seen, pretty much all Nex items except Pernix Top are around their GE prices. eh, so +10 magic attack for ~437m with Virtus compared to Ahrims, and Pernix is +5 per piece at ~460 for the pants, and whatever the top is going for. Might consider the Virtus soon just for Ice wyrm tasks, but i can't see myself bothering with Pernix any time soon for black demons / greaters when i feel like randing either of them. I wouldn't sell my Virtus if it dropped to 1GP... Or if it rose to 2B. IMO, it the the most fun and my most used armor (Since I live barraging Soul Wars). If you do get it, you'll not regret it. Yeah, would definitely want to try that out myself once i had the best gear for it, for the lulz. It would mostly just be for icewyrm tasks when i'm in the mood to slay though. (It's not excessive, i swear! :oops: ). Probably just wait til my next task of them before i get at least one of the virtus pieces, then see how addictive they are <3: Can afford the gear, but i'd rather the pile of cash i merch with not drop down too much. I also want to spend some of it getting skills over 15m, there's always too much i want to spend cash on. :roll: If you've got other things you want... Do not buy a Nex armor. Lol. You, and many of your friends, are maxed combat I presume? And when you say bosshunting, you probably mean nex, maybe solo bandos, dks, or corp, correct? That's a pretty small segment of the population, it's a vital part and the goal for many strives, but for most of rs money making caps out at green drags or frost drags. What this does is cut into the incomes of people in the middle and on the way to the higher-end bosses; I just spend 110mil on pray and considering that I hate/suck bossing I doubt I'll be getting it back anytime soon. Before being maxed, I made tons of cash in Bandos teams. And on many of my accounts, I made most of the money at Tormented Demons before maxing. And to level 100 or so, I merched. Money is still just as easy to come by for lower levels IMO. Just depends what you're into. Not for a multimillion dollars company. Wasn't it 38M they made last year? (Sorry, no foreign currency key on my keyboard :P). I would see $20,000 to be a fair bit for them then.

The reason why they were so problematic before is that they were paid for by stolen credit cards. I'm curious if this is still the case. I would assume these bot sites and gold sellers are making enough to pay for their own but could be wrong. So I presume then that you didn't give away your bank and quit? Did you end up doing those "big stakes"? Blew my knee out. Was able to jog, so I figured when my dad asked me to carry 2 cement blocks that it'd be fine. Held back a couple of weeks unfortunately. One thing that pissed me off was I had traveller's insurance... But there's always a catch. Only covered $500 of my $1644 flight. Cost me $250 to cancel my flight and another $200 to rebook. [bleep] you, Delta. I did one big stake for 2 Divines and an Ely. Unfortunately, as you've seen no screeny of it, you know the outcome. :P.

Was no doubt in my mind. They are easy to create, easier to maintain, and risk-free to use. Tempting... Isn't it. ;P. I have no problem with the average player trying out a bot. They aren't affecting anything. It's the companies who run hundreds and hundreds of bots in each server, each minute. I don't think these everyday players are botting for GP. They're botting because they have goals. Jagex's terrible grinding system makes some of these goals seem almost impossible. RuneScape is fun... For high levels. People don't want to spend countless boring grinding hours to be able to have that fun. Why would people bot for GP? Unless they've got 100 bots running at once, there's nothing profitable to actually bot that would result in 200K/night. These companies with thousands of bots running at a given moment are ruining the game. But, then again, it depends on how you look at it. Someone getting 99 Smithing gains huge from the flock of Aviansie bots. A legit player doing Aviansies to up their range... Loses out. One solution, which won't fix prices, is instanced training. Make every tree similar to tree patches in farming. Cut yours down, it's gone. But for the other person who's not cut that yew spot, he still has a tree there, or an adamant ore, etc.

You don't think they could create the fishing bots to bank once in a while and to only withdraw x amount of minerals? I've got a few hundred K in minerals... But never Ms. I'd assume they'd have more in the bank.

So the guy who lost 3 phats was my [developmentally delayed]ed friend.. Girl dropped a stack of cash and logged out behind the GE while I was carrying a good 4B+ on me. I teled to GE, deposited my items, grabbed tele-grabs, ran up through the agility shortcut. Unfortuantely, died by the 600 people waiting... But was fun. Haha.

Nobody should have that much GP. /jelly Heard that just the other day he has around 100B. Long way from 1T though. With that much wealth, the guy simply can not get cleaned, it's not a matter of luck. In other news, congrats, Zelfhar, you're children's college funds have been paid for, get yourself a nice McLaren (Or Ferrari if you're high), and enjoy retirement for the rest of your life. :thumbsup:.
