I find bench pretty easy to do so that's why I do it. I go alone and don't use a spotter, if you get stuck you can just slide the bar down your chest to your waist.

Auto/manual? Never heard of it, so I looked it up, sounds like a Corolla...

Lolz I probably can't even bench my weight. Last time I tried I could bench 75 like 4 or 5 times. I went to the gym this morning, but struggled through 60x8x5. Must keep going to gym, I got those shoes too, pretty siiick.

When the best team in the league add Ray Allen and Rashard Lewis to their bench... Allen should get his fitness right, and his worklord will be lessened this which will help.

Well it's easy to talk about the Lakers, but look how much stronger the Heat are, plus the Celtics have a lot of depth too (but I doubt it's enough).

Now that footy's finished I might start hitting up the gym. Also gonna get some new runners, Asics Blurr 33's in blue are looking niiiice, like a more cushioned pair of Frees.

Wongtong! Yeah the weather here has been so awful, last three days I've got soaked getting to uni. I went to a quiz night at a bar last night, my team came second so we got a bar tab and kept drinking, Then I had to walk home in the rain again. Why is nothing I own waterproof?
