  1. Yeah kiwi, four golds. It's nearly 2am here, staying up to watch the bmx finals, then the women's hockey Bronze medal match. Yeeeah come at me coffee!
  2. Hah I looked into this whole thing, I looked for people in my area, and I noticed two things. Firstly, there are twice as many men as women. Secondly, Most of the younger women are awful looking, have young kids or are quite bogan. Oh yeah and I also noticed about 7 or 8 people that I know/know of. None of them friends, all of them kinda weirdos. Lol I can safely say I'm not going to explore this avenue... Not that I needed to, I was just curious.
  3. Interesting, I thought about making one for the lolz,. Do your friends know you have an online dating profile? If mine did I would get ripped a new one! Also, did you use your real name or make up an elaborate alter-ego ?
  4. All I can say is the Uk has thrown some serious coin at its Olympic programme, So many of their athletes are winning stuff these games. NZ has fared disappointingly , one gold medal favorite doing well below her best in the shotput, and Nick Willis looked awful in the 1500, especially after the ease in which he coasted though the heats and the semis.
  5. Kiwis doing steady with three gold now. Nick Willis is looking like a good medal chance in the 1500, cruising into the finals. Valerie Adams also looking to defend her Gold in the Shot put, plus a couple of Kiwi sailors in alright position, so we should have a few more medals in us yet! Oh and Triathlon tomorrow night, yeeeah buddy!
  6. Can you be a pro cosplayer? Like shiny said, go second hand hunting.

Is she hot? Lol, this was the first thought that popped into my mind when I read that too. Granted, my friend and I have an on-going joke where if anybody refers to a girl in any sort of story, we immediately cut them off and ask how hot the girl was... even if they're talking about taking their grandma and her friends out to lunch >_> Classic! Good to see we're on the same page Ralph! To be fair, the whole story becomes so much more interesting if she's hot.
  8. Wiggins isn't, but he's only one example. Think of all the underdogs from Beijing who won gold and haven't thus far been able to replicate their success at home - that swimmer in particular, I forget her name but she has a large nose, who won bronze. As for Glover and Stanning, they were not underdogs but their winning gold was not a dead cert as far as I know; this was their first Games, and on the world stage they have never won more than silver before. To say they dominated is not really true. I don't really include Daley as an underdog, just a media darling, and because of this I agree the pressure must have been unbearable. @Phelps fans: he's not really the greatest Olympian when you take into account the potential number of medals that can be won in swimming compared to other sports. It's massively over-represented at an Olympic level. That would be Rebecca Adlington. Obvious Phelps is an amazing athlete. Best ever debates will always ring out: there is no right or wrong answer really. Also it's clear he's not the dominant athlete he was four years ago, but that's not to say he's not still an amazing athlete. Also, stop doubling posting Low_leveled. Also, NZ finally has it's first gold, could be in for two more tonight !

    Is she hot?
  12. I stayed up late to watch the women's time trial, a Kiwi was coming second up until the 20km mark, but she dropped off the pace at the end and finished fourth. Damn we love getting fourth.
  13. Sorry, I meant I doubt anyone hates All of those sports you posted. Yeah Rank Country Gold Medals Population Population per Gold Medal 1 Jamaica 6 2,705,827 450,971 Jamica was good for golds last time.
  14. Will he actually get it? That is the question...
  15. You are correct, however you still fail to illustrate how that means the US should automatically have the rights to host every games. Because going by that logic China should have won the rights to host another event given they actually beat the US on the Medal table in Beijing. Also going by that logic, there would only be three or four countries in the running to host the games. The hosting process is already rather exclusionary because of the massive financial cost of hosting the Olympics, which greatly reduces the number of cities and countries that can potentially host the games; it most certainly doesn't need to be further so. Also I doubt anyone hates the sports you posted, athletics, swimming and basketball are some of the most popular Olympic sports, and definitely some of the ones I shall be watching. Some of the other will include rowing, triathlon and hockey.
  16. I think it was Jamaica for Gold Medals. I haven't seen much of the opening ceremony, I'm not really a big fan of them. Beijing was certainly dazzling, but still I didn't find it that engaging.
  17. Haha, well there's significantly more dairy than sheep farming there. Dairy is more profitable, and good flat land with good irrigation is well suited to dairy. Sheep are pretty hardly so you can keep them on more rugged land.
  18. Me and my Little bro doing some tramping. He's taller than me =/
  19. Yeah Girly girls are generally a lot more work to deal with.
  20. I have pretty big legs too, but I guess I'm a bit more balanced up the top too though. Have you thought about working your upper body to balance it out?
  21. You can buy strawberry corers, they're semi useful if you cooking/baking them I guess.

  24. Lol the awkward moment when she doesn't text you back when you give her a text two days later. Rude, but she was nice enough to give me a ride home, but not to text back... Well I may have heard something about how there may be other guy she's sort of seeing on/off but that's unconfirmed. I'm gonna get my friend to do some digging for me. Which seems sort of odd given her behavior the other night but... Anyway, I'm not going to not, not yet anyway. Normally these thing's don't bother me but I didn't even mess up or anything so go figure.
