Maybe I'm wrong but I am fairly certain the only places that greens exist are the wildy and the choas tunnels, right? AFAIK, you can't set up a cannon in the wildy and can't bring one into the tunnels. Did I miss something?

I just had a thought and dug up this thread to post it. Sorry if has already been mentioned... but didn't someone find a "music cape" image a while back? 99 strength although its is not really short term with the amount of playing time I have had lately but it is my current goal.

That's my motivation for continuing slayer (90 atm) besides the constant 15% bonuses from slayer mask/helmet are nice. When I max melee and switch to range/mage I may consider alternate methods.

Good idea. Tried T.D.'s myself the other day and I have to say it does involve A LOT of switching (attack method and prayer) this certainly would cut down on that. I was duo-ing with another person and found by the time I switched my attack style, my partner had already done 30+ damage and the TD would switch prayers again. The idea of two people staying with their attack style is a good one (in my limited experiences anyway) :thumbsup: Oh, stupid question here: Why the spartan helmet?

It took me 9.1 million HP experience to get my first Dragon Left half drop (from abby demons) only to get a SECOND a mere 100k hp exp later. I was in the same situation as you not sure what to do. Ultimately I put them on the GE and they both sold for around 70k each. Such a sad state the DLH has gone into. Problem is there are so many better alternatives for the shield spot. I paid 4.8 mil for my first one just before the obby shield and defenders came along and made it dive, now there is the dfs and the new elemental(?) shield do-dads fro the Summers End quest. Summary: sell it, or keep it in your bank for sentimental value.

When I had my altar open when I was mass-making Bones to Peaches tablets, I kept getting bothered by bone runners that the burners were not lit, even if I explicitly mentioned on the forums that I wasn't going to light them. Most peculiar. Ya, it seemed as if the "host" was alching most of the time so I guess they just wanted the company so they supplied the marr's.

If you are not short on money just make the highest level pouches you can for the charm.

I've always looked on the RS official forums for people with open altars. Many will even supply the marr's and keep the burners lit for you.

Uh, didn't you say you wanted to make money while training? Zombie monkey will COST you money. If you like the benefits of the monkeys you may like "Armoured Zombies", there is a guide around the forums somewhere. Salve ammy (E) for 20% bonus to undeads plus piety (very near an altar) and also get a fair amount of drops. 70-75k xp per hour should be no problem to achieve.

gold ores with gold smithing gauntlets will get you ~56k smithing xp per hour but cost you. Crafting? uh not really sure on this but buying un-cuts from ge and cutting can be fast but very expensive.

Slayer all the way. It has gotten me to 85 summoning. Slayer training in turn helps you train the combat skill of your choice, HP, as well as summoning (prayer too depending on the assignment) and it makes you a bit of money too. I have made more money from slayer while getting charms than it cost me to use them.

err, as far as I know yes...I tend to go down to the ones surrounded by dogs :(. Stay long enough and they will become unaggressive and leave you alone though.

I looked into it further and according to another site a "J-mod" confirmed in a official post that the elite black armor pieces are "rare drops" from elite knights after the quest. EDIT: not sure about D'H robes though :-s

I may be wrong but I am hearing different things about reacquiring elite of dagon'hai robes. It seems as if it may only be possible to purchase them from other players. In other words you can only get them during the quest (one time), that's it.
