If you're going to go and start members, even for a short time definitely know what you're going to do first. I'd recommend if you're getting it for a while to quest as it opens up SO much in the members world. Try this link for some more information on the subject. I found it especially helpful when I became a member about two years ago when i first became a member. :thumbsup: Good luck and go for whatever floats your boat. :mrgreen: EDIT: I would also recommend getting your stats for most of the quests before getting members too, but the choice is ultimately yours.

This update is absolutely abhorred. There are so many glitches, at least for me as a f2per... now. >.< I hate being f2p, but i cba paying for membership when I hardly play ever and I'm in college. gah. Oh well, anyway, I've found so many glitches it's not funny... one that almost turned out to be a really good moneymaker. here is a screenie of it. I had already clicked on the money from the bank, and it appeared in my inventory but it didn't disappear from the GE, I was like HUH?! then tried clicking more, but it didn't work. Shame. Anyway, this update has been so horrible, I can't click on half of my map, or see three quarters of it... it's really annoying.

Lmao, a buddy of mine actually sent me those pictures and claimed he got them from her... rofl.

I just want to say that 30 minute mediums is pretty bad, although it may depend on OP's levels. I usually average around 20 minute mediums and i have pretty bad binds and I usually clear every none dead end room, so if he treats mediums as he would larges he should do them in less than 20. Yeah, I'd say 30 min is too high for time. I average around 10-15 min on occults and 9-13 min on abd2, even with some mistakes. 30 minutes is horrible, yes. What I said was consistently though, meaning if he gets over 30 minutes on a floor he needs still more practice. I wasn't meaning as soon as he gets one 30+ floor under 30 minutes he should join dgs... :smile: Sorry if that was unclear, but yes, pker's times are realistic and more easily met, while rage's might be a bit of a challenge for some, and probably the OP. given i don't know the OPers stats I can't really say which he should aim for, so I gave him the easiest.

I just got trolled... I've been trying to get the top for a while now... not very often but I've been doing it for about two hours tonight... I come on here and see this, I'm very sad now. :mellow:

Here is my experience, If you are looking to get into dungeoneering with a team, do the mediums as fast as possible for every floor above 30 and rush every floor up to 30. Then Once you've gotten those down and can get decent times on all those floors, like under 30 minutes consistently, then go and key larges with a group of friends and watch the xp rake in. If you don't eventually want to dungeon with a team or lots of other people, then do smalls and rush them all until you get to about level 80, then start doing whatever the heck you want because you'll have a rapier outside of dg pretty soon after that anyway, and the xp you get from dg will bore you anyway because its so small. :thumbsup: And I do believe that as a whole mediums give "faster" xp if you can do them well enough and fast enough. Otherwise if you suck at keying, stick to smalls, and teams with good keyers.

This is so easy, I found a guy and i'm suiciding for him. i already got my deflector and i'm helping him get his rank for it. :)

So I've finally decided to go for a deflector... but the bad part is, i'm horrible at conquest. truly horrible. Does anyone know where i would be able to find a partner to play conquest or if anyone wants to go for a deflector as well with me? I would much enjoy that. If no one on here would want to help me get a deflector, could someone at least point me to a part of the RSOF where people offer to help get it or whatever? :thumbsup:

New Myreque quest. HECK YESSSSS!!!! :thumbsup: :thumbsup: Aside from that this is a LONG overdue month... updates that should have just been sprinkled in with other updates that are now becoming a main update.... But I can't complain. I enjoy the burgh de rott ramble when i went for lumberjack and stuff, but I'm especially going to love going with another character with quest cape full void elite and a whip. haha. That sounds so cool if they do let us customize a person like that. I agree with above poster too.

Okay, so I have a quest cape, and have done all quests. In the last quest Lovecraft goes all weird and makes the ranger portion of the triangle and stuff, but then returns to his home right? The reason i ask is because i found him once at his house, but i couldn't find him anywhere in witchaven today.... It is weird. help me please?

This is the response i was expecting more about. haha, but Again as nom said, its a felony, don't do this. Aside from messing around with their IP I think it would be funny if you found out it was a friend. Then I'd just mess with them via their IP address, color 0a looks really fun to people who don't know much about computers. :)

Does anyone else get the feeling like Avalani is up to something more than just opening a portal to the "Clan Camps"? I don't know exactly why but the last line on day seven, "For now, so long and thanks for all the rocks." just gives me the feeling that she is up to a little more than opening the portal for clan camps. What do you guys think? Maybe she is really a power hungry Lucien follower and we just gave her the last pieces for the stone of Jas' entrance?! :ohnoes: All kidding aside, I feel that Avalani really could be used more than just for this.

I must confess, I chuckled at this IRL... Quite funny how gullible people on rs can be... Then again, most of those that are gullible are like 10 or 11 at most... Better learn young i suppose. :twisted:

@sy, You should have started a clan just to do these clues, and to be ironic with the nice new opening of Clan Citadels. :thumbsup: EDIT: I guess we still COULD make one... would be kind of useless though tbh, and more of a community clan. Oh well. :mellow:

LOL, this year's theme is... CLANS. Remember that from all the way back in the beginning of the year? I'd assume also that is why they are calling it the biggest update of the year, as the year is based around clans, and then this is the biggest clan update... Personally if ROTM comes out this year, that'll be the biggest update to me. :unsure:

So before the update week i'm definitely banking everything and then logging on. :mrgreen: EDIT: @above, Yes, that is in reference to resources for skills such as woodcutting, combat, runecrafting, summoning, etc... at least from What i've read i'd assume so. I just posted a question in the New RSOF thread, I hope that they don't royally screw up all of the facets that make this update a truly balanced and well maintained update... I.E. no insane amounts of experience gained while in the citadel for cheap, no easily gatherable resources that can be traded, or other glitchy stuff.... :shame: EDIT: From the sounds of the response I got from Mod Kathy, it sounds like Citadels will be like a mini-dungeoneering-esque place for clans. I mean dungeoneering-esque in the lightest terms though as it sounds like the principle of no items in/out from either "plane" as they can't be tainted blah blah. That sort of stuff. Makes me happy, until I watch on the 26th as people glitch multiple sets of whatever outside of the area and then proceed to make a profit of it and not be banned....

IDK, there's some places where it reaches 3+ stories, goes underground, and has far more dangerous traps. I would assume some of the course will be 70+, some will be 80+, some 90+, and probably some 95+. For the quest: Yes. For now exploring: He only need 77 to explore the entire area which is waht i was pointing out. :smile:

I'd like to join dgs, but I need a lot of help learning how to rush effectively... I haven't really done much dging with other people... mostly solo rushing and with close friends. :unsure: I'd also like help on what my binds should be... right now i have about 100 cosmics binded, and a gorg plate with prom 2h... I know that's bad but it was decent for when i solo'ed... any help on what to change would be appreciated.
