Not that great, but it was interesting to hear the first few CM mods talk about their highlights. After that it was pretty much the same thing :P.

The F2P General Discussion Thread
Instead of giving them something P2P, expand on something F2P... *points to sig* F2P is extremely fun I reckon. It's hard to play it after you get members, but if I had the chance to go back in time and avoid buying that "coveted" membership my friends always talked about, I probably would. I regret buying membership, because I find that it is a grind. Now, this might seem stupid because F2P is considered a greater "grind" than P2P, but I find the number of skills to train, the number of quests to do, etc. quite overwhelming sometimes. When I think of maxing out, I shy away from the idea almost instantaneously. Who can be bothered to get 99 in 24 skills? Definitely not me. With less options and less quests, skills, etc. It actually seems easier to max out on F2P, because you instantly know what you're doing and how to do it, without anyone breathing down your neck. Besides, it always seems that there is someone better than you on a P2P world, and you are frequently judged on your cash/gear/skills/etc. In F2P, everyone wears rune armour; nobody is especially rich; you don't need to be rich in order to succeed, only know how to make money to spend on training skills like smithing or prayer. It seems like it's too late to go back, and it probably is, since I've being playing on nerdboy for about a year now. Still, I'll always have a little bias towards the F2P style of gameplay :).

holy damn 91 agility! You're making some great progress. I just got my internet fixed so I've got a lot to catch up on. Anyway, keep up the great work; nearly halfway there  EDIT: Saw your computer. I'd kill for a Terrabyte of hard drive space (I've only got 365gb ). My computer has 4gb of RAM, Intel Core 2 Duo 2.4ghz processor and Nvidia GTS 250 2gb graphics card. Before my computer died I was playing Modern Warfare... I miss those games already :(. After Jack Black said that, I believe he was shot down by his own creation :XD:. ... Be careful Zokot .

The Wii is extremely fun. I always get on and play Wii Play, I'm trying to beat my score of 60 on 9-Ball :P. I also play wii sports/resort, mainly bowling, tennis, basketball and swordplay. Still, I do miss my extremely violent American FPS games... Well, the ones that Michael atkinson hasn't shat on and thrown out the window :?.

 I feel your pain. I'm currently stuck on my old crappy computer because my current one died (see below). Hehe, thanks. Its been dead for a while, but I'll be starting up again once my computer is fixed. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Sorry for the downtime. My computer was wiped because it had some troubles with a virus, THEN the internet dropped out for a week or so, THEN we got the internet fixed up BUT my computer isn't connecting. Yes, I checked the cords, settings, etc. My router is picking up a connection but my computer isnt :(. Once I get this all sorted out I'm back to mining! Promise ;)

Killing Floor - Co-op Survival Horror
Might get this game, but I'm saving up my cash for Left 4 Dead . On second thought, I'll probably just buy this. Cheaper and basically the same thing. Thanks for making a thread on this game . I would've spent an extra 50 bucks on Left 4 Dead otherwise lol.

Assassin's Creed 2
I loved it. Great storyline, awesome new minigames, free-roam, and the missions were great. The newest counter-attacks look so damn sweet as well . Although a few minor annoyances (most of them are because I am hopeless at controlling Ezio when he is running across the rooftops and have to make a big leap) the game delivered far more than I ever expected. Still, the original Assassins creed will remain a favourite of mine :P. Funnily enough, the game actually makes the assassins look like good guys in the story; the truth was, Assassins during the Crusades against the Holy Land (think Richard the Lionheart and the Lepper King) killed targets of high authority such as nobles, politicians, and military leaders. They made many attempts on Saladin's life, and he eventually payed them off so they would leave him alone. The Templars DID make it their business to dismantle the Assassins during the Crusades, that much is true. The Assassins finally realised, after many attempts to take out their chain of commands, that another Templar would simply take his place, more zealous and pissed off than the last in his position . The Templars in the game are attempting to control the world, or at least gain control over certain areas of importance. Of course, their main objective lies in finding the pieces of Eden, and that is all fictitious and creates an interesting story to base the game around. The truth was that the Assassins were trying to take control over the kingdom of Saladin, which spanned a large area of the present middle-east. The assassins main goal was to gain control for the Imam, the leader of the assassins order. So, in reality, they were medieval terrorists, striking with fear and surprise then slinking back into the shadows, and perfectly prepared to offer their lives for the sake of a mission. The game pretty much turned all the facts upside down and added their own little additions . Just thought that some of you might find that interesting.

Kaida23's Adventures of a Big Damn (F2P) Hero!
Shows how much I've been paying attention, another new level and already 20M cash? :wall: I must stay alert and check back every day from now on. I've been getting really lazy :P. A big congrats on level 95, only four to go and you will have that coveted 99 :D. Okay, I'm done sitting on my butt just watching people overtake me level after level after level... Time to get back to mining. Modern Warfare will have to wait . Good luck for the coming year and, yet again, another big congrats!

Wow, look what you've accomplished while I was away O.O Your speed in levelling never ceases to amaze me. Keep it up, you're doing great =D> PS: Thanks for those exp rates . Might help me in the future if I decide to train agility past 80 or so :P.

Thanks :D. thanks kaida. Another image for my folder :XD:. Thanks :D. I got an upgraded graphics card, heaps of cash and xbox live membership. With the cash I bought Mw, WaW and Fallout 3 on PC and I got mw2 on PC for christmas to go with the video card. Probably the last time I'll be getting so many gifts though :P. PS: That was from relatives as well. My parents would be broke by now if they bought me all that stuff . UPDATE: I have not been mining, as you can probably see. I've had a lot of games I'm currently playing through, about 5 or so. Once I've used up these games, I'll get back to mining. I didn't expect to get so much cash and so many games from relatives, so I'm sure you all understand :?. Sorry to all my loyal blog readers :(. Expect me back to mining soon though. Runescape is calling, after all ;).

A terrible tragedy in Ottawa this morning...
I'm sure you'd be fine with a member of your family dying. Cause, you know, people die all the time. Despite the opinions of some members on this board, it is truly tragic. Especially in a city where such acts are quite rare.

Jagex portraying Runescape as ONLY a free game?
Personally? When I look back on my rs career, I would have preferred to have been refused membership by my parents when I was a wee lad. The simplicity of the game, close community of higher levelled players and the relaxed gameplay make it seem much better than the rush, constant grind and "complexity" of P2P. But, since I bought membership, my character is pretty much dependant on the members game to be playable as most of my worth lies in the items and/or moneymaking methods. Kinda makes me sad :(. My 5 cents.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2
I got my new gfx card installed 3 days ago, and got mw2 2 days ago. So, the campaign was extremely friggin epic . I've never played anything that flashy and intensive on a computer my entire life! I often go back and replay levels with huge firefights just for the explosions :XD:. The ending was quite abrupt though. It'd be better if they just eased us into the ending rather than quickly throw it in our face. But, I'm not complaining :D. Spec Ops is quite fun as well. I'm attempting to get 3 stars in everything, but I'm a long way off from that... I'm assuming you guys all have it on 360 or PS3? Cause my brother got a copy on 360 so he could play it and leave my computer alone. So, if we get live up and running I can possibly play with some of you guys (unless ANY of you have it on PC, which, at the moment, doesn't look like it).

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2
Anyone here play mw2 on PC? Cause I'm feeling kinda lonely over here :P. After playing it all last night and playing it all this morning, I've bagged myself level 22. I pretty much got everything downpat now, but I'm still a long way off from honing all my skills. I got pro in all my perks however, but I don't remember the names of them . Online isn't that bad on PC, but I can see why people are angry/dissapointed. Its pretty much impossible to create a clan, because it all uses matchmaking >.> Luckily I'm not a huge fan of clans :XD:. If anyone has the PC version though, feel free to add me on steam (I'm nerdboyxxx :P).
