Don't make your own long's. String them instead. Buy unstrung longbows and then bowstrings and string. Takes less than 2 mins to buy everything and you make 200K an hour :)

Nope. You can't trade. Coool :P OT: After playing my self sufficient account, I can safely say that it is not hard at all. A bit more difficult on f2p worlds, but it is a lot of fun to not have to rely on any other players. Obviously, getting armour on f2p is a big issue if you have to make it yourself (I'd have to get 99 mining and smithing to make rune armour for myself) but otherwise it's all cool :)

If timed right, they are very good. Otherwise they are annoying. Eh, I'm not angry. I laugh at the smart ones, ignore the bad ones. 'nuff said.

They are excellent money. With my stats I make just over 400K an hour, having to bank around 3-5 times. Definitely suggest doing these. Really doesn't feel like you're camping, trust me :thumbsup:

It's either cheap or fast. I got my prayer up to nearly 70 just by burying whatever the hell I could. Never bought even one single bone. That is the cheapest, however, slow, way. That said, if you truly don't want to spend any money you might as well mass-slaughter hill giants in Taverly dungeon for bones. The fastest way would be Ourg Bones, which are very expensive indeed. Not a clue on the buying time though. Perhaps a way in the middle would be preferable? Dragon bones are good, if you can't use a gilded Altar and don't want to buy them though they aren't your best bet. Honestly? Find a friend/someone with a gilded altar and ask if you can use it. Then, use any bones DRAGON or higher (anything lower is a waste of time) and yeah. So, either you collect big bones and bury them, or you buy dragon bones and use them on the gilded altar. Any other options are a waste of time tbh

Nice article! They really should've done more during Summer (well, not for Australia but eh :P).

I'm a noob, but I hate any metal dragons (the only ones I get at the moment are Iron and Bronze) mainly because they cost a lot per trip, I never get any good drops from them and give some horrible experience.

Remember they said they'd have achievment diary capes? I'm guessing that's what it is. Maybe, it has a trim because of the quest cape, so if you have both they trim? Just a thought. I'll update with a source for the achievement cape soon :) EDIT: Here is it, from a Q&A a while back: If not, definitely a music cape. It doesn't really match the achievement diary symbol (I mean the colours), but they haven't hinted towards a music cape, unless I'm mistaken.

Definitely tif size. Big enough to keep everything fresh, but with enough regular posters to know everyone :) I use another forum for Mechscape (Mechscape World). Because the game is still in the shadows and out of the limelight, not many people are talking about it and even less are discussing it on forums. So, the community is quite small, with maybe 20-25 major posters, a few regular posters and the rest with 2 or less posts asking "what is a mechscape?". Obviously the forum is quite dead so I left until the game is released :P

Wow, I'm pretty sure I posted in this like 10 pages in or something so I'll do another post altogether. My beautiful, precious account. Yes, I have quit many times before, but since 2008 I've been playing with regret. I wasted 2-3 years of runescape time because I "quit" the game :( Anyway, would I sell it? No. Because, I'll probably never quit. Retire, yes, but not quit. What's the difference? Quitting is, in my mind, deserting the game for good. Retiring, however, is forcefully cutting down playtime drastically to fulfill commitments in real life such as family, sports, etc. I mean, I have played Guild Wars, World of Warcraft, Warhammer Online, Eve Online, and Lord of the Rings Online to name just a few of the "best" MMO's on the market according to the majority of gamers. Yet, I have stuck with the humble Runescape. In summation, my account is worth the total cost of all the current MMO's on the market. 3 Years total cost of other games. Because, the only way I'm selling this account is if I can get back all the money I wasted on other games :P

I believe that's why the first one is always harder. I remember when I was level 80 going for a fletch cape, thinking "this is taking forever to level, blah blah blah." You can imagine my reaction when I found out I wasn't even halfway there :lol:
