This is how i did it. If you log on and go to the ditch then. Try to cross it but say no, and keep doing this for about six times until a new option appears at the bottom allowing you to ignore the warning, you then tick that option and the box wont appear again.

any sort of teleport should work when you've been snared, however, either you've been teleblocked and dont realise or this is a bug and should be reported.
