I believe he was only using figures to work out where you'd get the most profit from your 100% spent rather than 150%, so only 50k would be spent per day then.

Not quite sure how long it took as i was doing it a level at a time with breaks, and doors cost the same as larders but are slightly faster. Overall it probably cost between 100-110m although it will be lower now, as planks prices have dropped since i got.
