Which Sacred Clay items are worth using?
You can get ~5 tools per hour pretty well (but you probably need 70+ if not 80+ in all gathering stats + a processing stat for that). 5 tools are about an hour of smithing as well, so that'd be just about worth it. For construction it's worth it if you do oak probably, mahogany is only worth it at high incomes anyway. Crafting-wise you're forced to do dragonhide over battlestaves if you insist on SC which makes it not worth it imo. For woodcutting and mining, it depends on whether you have dragon tools or rune. If you have rune, then it may be worth using sc tools.

Farming Torstols at 83
I've never had less than 5 herbs from any supercomposted patch, including Trollheim. Disease does not affect harvest only growth time. The average herbs/patch before juju was 6.6-6.7 depending who you asked, so about 9 with juju, maybe a little less. Trollheim would average about 7.4-7.5 pre-juju, so about 10 after. Total of around 46 herbs per run plus around half a seed.

Thanks Swedish, you too :). No, if that were true you'd need a 43-dimensional space to put a couple of loops of thread next to eachother. ROTM today :D. nvm read RSOF sticky :(. Time to fish then, 300k for effigies!

Farming Torstols at 83
From my last run, seed bought at 235k and herbs sold at 31k or a little below. The average with juju and deaths is around 9 herbs per patch, + scroll of life. So you're looking at around 35k per patch + a third of a seed per run (conservative estimate) for about 250k profit per run. On the other hand, adding My Arm's patch + less conservative SoL estimates you get 350-400k per run.

86 mining :). Opened 9 starved mining effigies, which led to two firemaking and three woodcutting effigies (+ rc, 3 thief), which led to an agility effigy (+2 hunt, rc), which led to a fishing effigy.

94-99 Herblore?
I'd make at least a couple of overloads, at 96, say about 500? It's very fast xp and it can never hurt, even if it's just in case a quest boss like Nomad shows up. Other than that, extreme attack potions are pretty good. Having enough extreme strength and ranged is also very useful.

Z's Goal for Max Total
Good luck on max total, are you getting a completionist cape as well or just levels? Either way, best kind of goal imo :).

Starting dung for the first time
It would be faster in a team if you could find one. If you can't, don't hesitate to solo. Small or medium, both are good. Binding an item means you will keep that item forever (until you destroy it). It will be with you at the start of each floor.
-
Training ranged
Chinning is good at any level now, a little more expensive than other methods but always well worth the cost.

Need a point in the right direction
Well, start with levelling until 100+. Then ask me again :P. Seriously it's very hard to say where you should start monster hunting at those low levels.

Q
By Jagex standards all my levels are waaaay over high, lol. There's like 3 xp lamps in the game I can't use (elite Fremmenik, Karamja, Falador). For your sake though, I hope it's a 70+ lamp.

Need a point in the right direction
Yes, the wilderness is the free for all no rules pvp area. There are two bosses there, one isn't technically in the wilderness but requires a trip through it to get there (the King Black Dragon) and the other just wanders around the p2p part of the wilderness and annoys people. Neither drops anything good though :/.

[Video] Ultimate Guide to Smithing! (1-99)
I voted Summoning and 1, just want to clarify: You don't have to show us the most efficient ways and also actually max a new account at the same time :P. Just show the methods on your regular account except the quests of course which you have finished etc. As for summoning, charm gathering methods: Waterfiends (ancient cavern, ct) Rock lobsters (burst, barrage, battle robe comparison, cannon + melee + iron/steel titan) Skeletal wyverns (cannon + yak only, for profit) Black demons (cannon, effigies + crims) Tormented demons (unicorn only, effigies + blues + cash) Bork (ring of wealth) The actual making of pouches is almost trivial.

Need a point in the right direction
Yep, your strength level, boosted by potions, prayers etc. (and +8) is multiplied with (gear bonus + 64) to determine your max hit (and a few other p2p items affect max hit directly).

Uses for the Pack Yak
It's around 2k gp per feather banking with summoning pots. It still takes around 5 seconds per feather as well.
-
Uses for the Pack Yak
Worth noting your familiar special scroll refills every two minutes (30 bars per hour) and you get 5 yak specs per bar, or 150 items/hr.
-
Uses for the Pack Yak
It can be used to hold resources. When selecting make-x, the game counts the resources in your inventory and will go on smithing until you've finished those as well. You still have to manually withdraw though. This works for: Torstol used in overloads. Because you can load up torstol for 6 inventories at the time this is quite nice. Bars used in smithing of any kind, mostly plates. Crafting; dragonhides. This is a bank skill so it doesn't help very much. Fletching, stringing bows, same as crafting. Altaring bones.

Waterfiends are weak to crush... Rapier time!
Squab covered it, I know quite well that dps data would be preferrable but until such data is available you got to use what you got :). I'm pretty sure Nattylight didn't give you charms/hr but charms/trip there, for 2 hour (or 2 unicorn) trips.

Training ranged
I'd use rune bolts, because they hit a lot higher than broad (well, about 9% higher) and since you retrieve most bolts anyway the cost difference is very small. You can fire at most 1200 bolts per hour, usually less, of which you lose about 20%, so let's say 200 bolts per hour lost. That's either about 15k or about 215k gp per hour lost from bolts. That may sound like a lot, but don't forget you'll save about 5 minutes every hour because you get xp that much faster, and you get the same amount of loot. If you were killing something worth 500k/hr with broad bolts, it'd be 500k in 55 minutes with runite bolts, the additional speed saving you bolts and time. If you are using a ferocious ring it'd be best to use a very fast weapon to get the +40 damage bonus as often as you can. Karil's crossbow is great for this, as are adamant/rune knives and darts.

What would you do...
If you want to max total sometime (soon) I recommend killing tormented demons for effigies, charms and money. Claws are low, but the effigies are better than any other boss has to offer. You need construction but not thieving, so the average of 11250 xp per effigy saves you around 180k gp on construction (and like a minute of time). For smithing it's about 50k saved, two minutes saved. For crafting, again about 50k, depending on method up to 100k, again 1-2 minutes saved. For herblore, you should really open them with hunter, so one effigy saves you about 3 minutes of hunter. For agility, one effigy saves you about 9-10 minutes of agility. For summoning, one effigy saves you very little time or money making pouches, but also about 25-30 crimson charms. For cooking/firemaking and fletching/woodcutting and fishing/farming pairs you'll gain no useful xp. You can use the lamps on agility, you'll get 36k xp per lamp which is about half an hour of agility. In total an effigy saves you around 300-350k gp, 40-50 minutes of time and 25-30 crimson charms if you open all stages yourself. Worth hunting for.

84-85 farming
Yeah, I meant the cleaning herbs bit. Curly roots are both good firemaking xp (cheap mainly, but also pretty good) and decent seeds, probably worthwhile for you.

Need a point in the right direction
I'd just use the task system as guidance for the first few hours/days, then moving on to task sets to get some rewards, and doing quests as you unlock them. If you want to have a clear-cut levelling path set out for you I suggest becoming a zerker pure, which is a strong medium-level account (high level for a pure) built around 45 defence and 60-80 attack. Zerkers are built for player versus player combat, but they can access almost all content and perform well in many combat situations. The reason I suggest this is that there's a list of what a good zerker pure is, so you can just tick things off. Read this guide for details.

Efficient TDs?
The two summoning levels are hugely important, so be sure to get those. Your strength is a little low but in general your melees/range are good. You have overloads, piety and eagle eye. So yeah, you can kill tds, expect 30 kills per hour once you get used to them. Don't use turmoil without a steel titan, switch between eagle eye and piety. Get a rapier.

84-85 farming
If you are struggling to get your times down, clean your herbs while you are running to the next patch. Doing this you should have no problem getting the time under 5 mins, no matter what kind of teles you use or in which order you do them. How is that going to speed up your farm run... For curly roots, just chop (you get 4 roots per chop) until you have a full inventory, then take them to a fire pit, light with a tinderbox, burn-all and afk (like cooking). 200-250k xp/hr and inferno adze affects the roots as well.
