  1. For a decent group at any level you will find that larger floors with more people are better xp/hr than smaller floors with less people. Also you will find that lower floors offer less xp and become 'obsolete' which means you rush them as quickly as possible on c1. I'd c1 frozen, or maybe c2 fishing if your fishing level is decent (70+). For the other floors it's up to personal preference & how much you like or dislike the bosses.
  2. I think the best way to deal with Akrisae is Korasi specs. It's very rare that he doesn't die in rapier > ks > rapier > ks > rapier (spec recover of course).
  3. You are both talking about vyrelords, right, not regular vyrewatch? I know I definitely average over 3, probably over 5 hits per vyrelord/lady.
  4. Shame they drop neither charms nor effigies, we already have LRC tasks for xp thank you very much Jagex <_<.

Void deflector w/ barrows gloves eliminates the need for a defender switch and offers the fastest glacyte kills, but it does require a helmet switch of course.
  6. Got 95 herblore, 91 crafting, 15th statue and a court case done (10th). Trying to think which cases I did. I know for sure I got: Barbarian Party Pete Mime Sawmill Man HAM Frog Prince Mugger River Troll Sandwich lady Gravedigger Lol checking clicked/unclicked links on the wiki. Got Ernest vs Oddenstein now. http://runetracker.org/track-enaid+anwen,16,2 Look at my herblore rank :P. I have supplies to finish off 2000 of each extreme, about 500 more xstr/def/range, and 1k torstol, so I can get 96.5 herblore. After I smith my adamant bars to plates and sell those I should have money to get another few hundred torstol, but I'll probably end up buying 500 extra extreme sets to get 96 herblore before I start overloads. 2500 overloads is most of 96-99 herblore so that works out nicely, I still got to make tons of Zamorak's Favour and juju hunter/mining anyway. Edit: bought another 500 extreme sets, making them now.
  7. Last update of the month. I'm guessing that's one of the emotes.
  8. I like the total time calculator, nice job :). Right now the sheet doesn't list burying/ectofungus but those methods are so marginal I don't really care, though for completion's sake you should compare to ectoing infernal ashes, burying bones etcetera. I think you missed one type of ourg bone, Graardor's drop. Also you have 12 for terrorbird and 18 for tortoise, which I assume are capacities, but only 25 for yak - that should be 26. Just a small note layout-wise: A row of placeholders on the far left is nice especially on wider screens, and one at the top regardless. Makes it just a little easier to read.
  9. I think you mean woodcutting, but this. Attack xp really is no problem considering the power of effigies. Though for speed's sake you might want to do a more attack xp-focused monster (dark beasts), I doubt that's worth it even at 200m rc/mine/agil/fish.
  10. When you first start fishing, you have a chance of catching a fish after 3 ticks, then every 5 ticks after that. Interrupting this cycle is important to get 3-tick fish constantly. When you do cut/eat fishing you use a knife on the fish you catch, eat the resulting roe/caviar and re-click the fishing spot. This provides fish offcuts which serve as bait, so it's entirely free. Sometimes you don't get a fish, or sometimes a fish doesn't give you caviar, so you eat a purple sweet to reset the cycle instead. Given the cost of sweets and minimal cost savings this requires an income of around 30m/hr to be the best method last time I heard.
  11. Melee in some strong defensive gear, Bandos preferred, using defender/crapier or whip. Kite 360s, heal with brews, try to avoid needing them though as it'll nullify your super set. Bring lots of restores.
  12. I think boots are ~5m for mage and ~20m for the others, or will be soon. 1) Glacors with lag sucks. 2) Glacors on a full world sucks (e.g. all but 1 random world). 3) I think the best setup for glacors is void mage/melee hybrid w/ barrows gloves, rapier/fury/helmet switch, steadfast/dragon/ragefire boots, ardy cloak/fire cape/god cloak, arcsream+cstaff, fire surge, ovl, steel titan, ss flash, turmoil on all or part of the time as your apm dictates.
  13. So I finished my strange rocks so I could get some more from getting 87 mining, making those overload supplies, getting 91 crafting, getting 90 smithing, 93 woodcutting and other such levels I'm close to. Apparently I can't complete it until tomorrow. Not sure if that means in ~22:15 or just in a couple of hours, find out in a couple of hours... Either way, after I'm done with what I currently have bought supply-wise and after finishing some levels I'm close to, I'll have: 99 constitution 97 or 98 herblore 94 construction 93 woodcutting 91 crafting 90 smithing 87 mining 87 hunter 86 fishing 15 statues complete and rocks for most of the 16th Which is about 2330 total. Incidentally I'm the lowest total xp at my total level at the moment (203m @ 2319) ranked over someone with 200m woodcut, 110m farm, 59m fishing, 75 defence and unranked summoning...
  14. Torstols are going to be better. Your plan sounds good otherwise. Spirit trees, none are very good.
  15. This. Make the current range/mage potions strong pots and add a +3 regular mage pot and regular range pot. F2P could well use these potions. In addition, make range pots boost as much as their melee pot counterparts, e.g. ovl boost range by 26 rather than 23. Ranged is the weakest combat style already and can do with that small boost. Thirdly, make magic potions boost your level just as much, but only add 1% damage for each boosted level you have beyond the level required for the spell. So that if you boost by 20 levels from 85 to fire surge, you'll get 10% bonus damage. If you boost to 125/99, you'll get 26% bonus damage, 5% more than you have now. Magic is weaker than melee in almost all pvm already, so that's not much of an issue, but in pvp it's rather powerful so I suppose wolpers should be changed to +15-20 level boost rather than 26 (1-6% less boost than now as it's already extremely powerful). Sorry to add so many suggestions but those have been around my head and I just remembered them :D.

1/10 for shards according to the maker, idk about boots.
  17. Weak to magic as in low magic defence, but fire spells hit higher as well.
  18. Barrows is your best bet right now, no competition, not grindy (mostly), 1-1.5m/hr. Dragons are 1m/hr perhaps but bones are well below 3k.
  19. I'd focus on moneymaking now, maybe get void/cstaff/arcstream/barrows gloves/ardy cloak 4/rapier/glory/d boots/row and kill glacors? That's a 300k setup + a lot of skilling required of course (and rune/ovl/ppot cost), but still very decent profit and good for maxing in the long run. Anyway, congratulations on 99 mining :).
  20. Yeah I don't know how over a fifth of my total effigies ended up being nourished thieving? Not complaining though, that much closer to all 90s :D. Doing some herblore/fletching/smithing now to get 1k overloads and 90 stats respectively.
  21. To continue on the above: Get +5 thieving stew (two tries) > open 18 thieving effigies Get tons of other stuff Open a lot of other effigies 5 more lamps on rc & Karamja elite lamps 270k to 88 rc! :D 77 effigies left, loads of gorged fishing/mining/runecrafting. Sold arcane for 57m, bought sigil for 51.5 and bss is like 500k? so I made a nice 5m there. I think the best glacor setup is elite void deflector, barrows gloves, cstaff, rapier glacytes and fury/arcstream switch. Not sure on boots, probably dragon, and fire cape/ardy 4.
  22. Heavily implied by what? http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Bilrach [hide=quote] Bilrach did not attend to 18th Ritual of Rejuvination. This suggests that he is either dead, or much weaker due to not getting rejuvinated. If you speak to Ali the Wise after the Ritual of the Mahjarrat, he will discuss the strange power that occurred before Dungeoneering was released. He will confirm that the strange power was "A case of the wrong Mahjarrat being in the wrong place at the wrong time.." and that it was "Such a waste of power." In the quest Ritual of the Mahjarrat, when two other mahjarrat die, a similiar strange power occurs and lifts all humans present at the ritual. Ali the Wise also confirms this phenomenon, saying "When one of our kind dies, all that they were dissipates from their body." -end quote- So Bilrach finds what he's looking for in Daemonheim, but it is too powerful and it kills him (or he doesn't find it but something kills him anyway), this caused the strange power event and allowed us players to enter Daemonheim. [/hide] [/hide]But how powerful would Bilrach have to have been when he died for his death to be felt so far away? Do any of the seers say anything about feeling the ritual like what they did about the opening of daemonheim? And wasnt zaros's attempt to return to the world supposed to be kept quiet for now? So why did Azzandara start blasting away with god power and shouting zaros at the top of his lungs? Wouldn't that have tipped off the half dozen most powerful zammy followers and some of the stronger saradomin followers that something was up? [hide]Because when rejuvenated he could take on entire armies by himself, Azzanadra is easily the stronegest of them. See zemourgal's notes: they were scared to free him even after he was imprisoned for more than 4-5 rituals. With him at this power level Zaros' rebirth cannot be stopped. Btw since when can a mahjarrat die from a simple wound? I thought they were kinda, immortal? (except for the ritual)[/hide] [hide]I think it's safe to assume at this point that the dragonkin are not simply guardians of the Stone of Jas but something more. Their "rage" at its use, ability to sense who has used the stone, and track down its location (see Kethsi) suggests there is a strong, unique connection linking the two. Since we know the Stone is a powerful artifact that can give the user a number of abilities, it's not much of a stretch of the imagination that the dragonkin can call upon a vestige of that power and turn it against Lucien. Besides Azzanadra, who was suggested to be immortal when he was sealed up in his pyramid, none of the Majharrat have that ability. After all, one of them has to be sacrificed to die at each ritual.[/hide] [hide]The dragonkin get angry, more powerful and hurt when someone uses the Stone of Jas (besides Jas I suppose). Essentially they want to make the pain stop, so they kill whoever uses the Stone. It's possible that earlier users would face less powerful dragonkin. Saradomin, Zamorak and Guthix were probably powerful enough that they could escape the dragonkin. Also the dragonkin may actually allow gods to use the Stone, as they say Lucien isn't a god (after Lucien claims he is) and they call him a false user, though it's not clear if they mean he is a false user because he is a god. [/hide]
  23. Congratulations :).
  24. Additionally, does this mean that he can only channel his powers through servants and/or is physically weak? He did no actual combat himself; I watched pretty closely... Well, when you think about it, the barrows brothers have their own power, even though it was cultivated and ultimately enslaved by Sliske. It's like a relay, where Sliske uses a small amount of power to control the much greater strength of the barrows brothers. At least that's what I think. I wouldn't want to fight Sliske head-on even without the brothers on his side.
