Well as the title says, i may be looking for a clan to join, as long as you war in either cwa or pvp it will be considered. Thats about it :thumbsup:

So, i've been looking around the forums recently and have noticed that many people have changed in the course of their clan career. This has got me thinking and i have a couple of questions for anybody who wishes to take part. You can answer as few or as many questions as you wish. [b]- How long have you been clanning for?[/b] [b]- Since joining clans, how do you feel you have changed? eg: maturity, humour, knowledge etc[/b] [b]- Who or what clan, if any would you say caused these changes?[/b] [b]- Has any of these changes carried over into real life, if so, how?[/b] [b]- If you could start over clanning again, what would you do differently?[/b] [b]- Do you have any goal or ambition to do with clanning, if so, what?[/b] [b]- Do you have any regrets?[/b] - How long have you been clanning for? Since 2003/2004 - Since joining clans, how do you feel you have changed? eg: maturity, humour, knowledge etc I have most certainly become more mature, but also that for things to work it takes time. I would like to think that i have become a lot more knowledgeable and maybe even imparted some on others :P - Who or what clan, if any would you say caused these changes? I don't think i could really place anything on a certain person or clan, I believe the clans in which i changed the most in however were Faithless, Ronin and PROtential. - Has any of these changes carried over into real life, if so, how? Hmm, they have and they haven't. I would say being ranked in a clan can definitely help prepare you for some responsibilities you have irl, and that there is no way in hell you can be homophobic :P - If you could start over clanning again, what would you do differently? I would've joined DS rather than fight against them. - Do you have any goal or ambition to do with clanning, if so, what? I did, however not so much anymore. I believe that it would be extremely enjoyable however to start a clan with some good mates, and bring it up high. Not necessarily #1, but enough to be recongised. - Do you have any regrets? Quitting Ronin (as good as my reasons were) and maybe getting a little too into runescape during my earlier teenage years.

Been there mate, honestly, just mind over matter to start with, it will sink in after a while and become natural.

4 years ago I had rugby trials for my country, i was going to the gym maybe 1 or 2 times a week but running outside and proper training for another 3-4. I ended up in pretty good condition. Now i stopped rugby and more into kitesurfing, however i want to get back into it soon and so i want to get in with a high level of fitness before the first match

Just do more and more sets of pullups/pushups, there is a reason why they are core in the forces :P

i can do 18 full pull ups the proper way (fingers facing away from body) and 21 "standard" pulls (fingers towards body)

Ok i shall say this once and once only :P The KEY to getting a 6-pac doesn't lie in crunches, sit-ups or spending money on vibrating pads. Its simple, lower your fat %. To achieve a visible "6pac" you need to have around 8% or less body fat,. A 6pac is built in the kitchen, maintaing a decent (not perfect) diet will clearly help you on your way, cut out alcohol, fizzy drinks etc and you could easily cut back on 300-400 calories a day (3500 calories = 1lb in fat lost) As for exercieses, anything which works the core muscles will build them, but EVERYBODY has a 6pac, if we didnt we couldn't stand up straight. The secret is to lose the fat over it. Hope this helped, if you have any questions get in touch :D

I believe that a sports, health and fitness sub forum would definitely get activity. I know many forums which people use which they ask about general health.. eg: best time to go running.. How do you develop "x" muscles and so on. The reason that there isn't many individual sports topics in the off topic is because they would get swamped. Sure there may only be 500 Manchester United football supporters using these forums, but if they all posted on "The Official ManU Topic" then that topic would be very active indeed... I see no reason why it could not even be given a trial run for say 2-3 weeks and then if it isn't active, delete it. People won't complain as they will know why it's happening.

This remake is not NI, no matter what the name is. Half the people in it have jumped on the bandwagon, it's nothing like the old NI

I just noticed that in the off-topic forum that the following subforums are found: Subforums: Music, Movies & Television, Video Games & Consoles Why is there not a sports forum? I am certain that even though we are scapers that we still have an active social life, and sports is a big part of socialising :P So, I am wondering, is there a reason why it is not also present.. or has nobody just thought of it before. People replying please say if you support or don't support it (with reasons preferable) :thumbsup:

We heard DK was out so we did a 5 minute mass to kill them. Fight lasted 2 minutes. Thanks DK, was a pleasure as always. You've improved a lot in the past weeks. TRWF Start: 80 Options DK Start: 100? Moved :D Also, I don't think you can claim number one for beating DF just once. No clan is #1 until they can consistently beat all the others on a weekly basis. DI just doesn't pk that much in f2p for it to claim to be #1 :(
