Someone could easily put Soul Dew on their Lati@s and bluff it as a choice item and then just say "Oh, I was Expert Belted" when they switch up moves. The best option is really to put them in the Ubers tier. To be honest, Latias is much better in Ubers with the Soul Dew than it is in OU without it. Hopefully though, they won't go Uber because I really love both of them, even before I got into competitive. They're also cute as [bleep] in the anime too. Are we talking Wifi or PO? If it's PO it's not really a problem but Wifi I can see them being reluctant to ban items. Wi-Fi ofc.

Tonight my mom was on a war path to grill chicken, but I've gotten really tired of it as of late since she grills chicken all of the time. I told her that I was coking dinner, and that I would get us something new to eat. I cooked my family "Mexican chicken" with was chicken with fajita seasoning and corn flakes for seasoning and it was stuffed with bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, cheese, and salsa. It was a success.

The Beggar's Bazooka should never be played like you play normal soldier. It needs to be extremely close ranged since you can't aim shots for crap with it. I could totally see it being devastating on cp_dustbowl. Uber a soldier with the BB, run in there, and blow the [bleep] out of sentry nests and stuff. The engies won't be able to heal off that kind of damage.

First thing I thought of when I read that. I wish they would provide the reasoning behind this change because I thought the per hit xp worked really well. I also want to know whether exp will be awarded upon kill or upon hit. Say a monster has 500 lp in the new system. You tag it and hit 100 on it, awarding 40 experience in attack. Now, some other guy comes over and hits 400 on it which awards him nothing. I don't really understand that. It would make much more sense if experience was awarded upon kill as opposed to hit, that way others wouldn't just destroy your exp per hour for "fun."

Yeah....

Well... I guess I should try to grind out two more fire capes and two kiln capes before they update the combat system. I don't like the idea of not having 100% protection prayers.
