To be honest, you won't be able to kill anything outside of the Giant Mole or the KBD. You can't even access the Godwars dungeon unless your agility level is higher than your strength level. The KQ requires high stats to either use Veracs or hybrid. Corporeal Beast should be off-limits since it can essentially 1 hit you, and I don't think you have done the quests for TDS, Chaos Dwogres, or Glacors.... You don't even have a high enough level to mage any of the DKS at the moment either. To be honest, you really need 75+ in every combat stat to do any kind of actual bossing.

But the real question is, does the fury's other bonuses make it outclass the stream.

so then what would be the best helmet item for slayer? Whatever the highest defensive helm is. Slayer helms lose their 7/6 bonuses. They'd still be used at spectres I guess. Dragon boots will be largely outclassed by bandos boots if you have the defense level for them.

Buy anti-virus? To be honest, a lot of professionals don't even recommend anti-virus software (according to my dad who works with CEs). You might be interested in downloading Microsoft Security Essentials (free) which has pretty good ratings. There is also free versions of AVG which I heard wasn't too shabby either. Just don't spend some ridiculous amount on software that you don't need.

I find it pretty stable, and you can customize the way it looks to a certain extent. I dislike IE for obvious reasons, and I prefer Chrome over FF just because it seems simpler to me. Just give Chrome another try if you haven't in a while. I actually switched to Chrome because FF was too unstable and was giving me problems.
