Because torag plate legs have 92 range def bonus instead of rune legs wich have 49 range def.

Have you ever tanked with 70 def? Actually i tanked with 57 Def. If you have the right Armour you wont get hit that much. Use an Excalibur/Def Pot. Only fighting 69/71 while there being attacked? Nope, attack them regardless of them being attacked or not. Your still limiting your self to the lower level ones which makes it hard to compete for kills and do actually get drops you have to wait for respawns or switch worlds alot especially if you play during buisy times. No you aren't. You can still attack the higher levels but you might just have to eat one more peach. Tanking with low defense in really NOT that hard. Dude tanking at 70 def is fine. I am actualy tanking them when i'm typing now and i am 72 in def. It is not necessary to train your defence higher.

I keep it mostly "on" but if someone are very annoying i turn it to friends.

The fastest way to get 99 wc would be cuttin teaks and dropping them. From 70 to 99 it would tak somewhere between 160-180 i think.

So i am trying to get 68 in summoning, but i am not sure about what i am going to make. So i'm just asking for advice in what kind of pouch i should make. Never realy trained summoning so i'm pretty new here. Give me all advice you have :) Try to include how much it will cost with x method.
