Weekly Poll: main factor you look for in a new mini game?
In my opinion, stealing creation is fun but the rewards are moderate. 5 Ancienter's and rangers rushing the enemy base and then camping outside the spawn area's. =D Not so fun when it happens to your team though.

Please tell me, Why do some players want to have 1 defence??
I'm talking p2p perspective. P2p getting 40 defense gives access to some pretty cool things compared to f2p.

What kind of levels should I be when I try Desert Treasure?
Your levels? easy. Seriously, 43 prayer is ALL you need, (pures can do it with no prayer) and you have defense, str defense and other good stats to go along with it. You might find a Damis is hard. but you can use a friend as a blocker, or go down the hall and trap him behind a rat.

If you use range armor your still "using" range. Pretty simple really, if you have a dagger and your using magics and using dagger for the ko. Your still using melee but at the same time using magic.

Green or Blue ... Dragons that is
You mean green is better. not blue. Typo

Please tell me, Why do some players want to have 1 defence??
In lower level pking, pures will just run from a person with over 40 defense, meaning you will get no decent fights, and because of low stats, you won't be able to KO while they run. Also, magic can hit through defense with realive ease, before i got defense, with ancients i could take on people with upwards of 50 defence (couldn't really get much more at level 55) with magic.

Green or Blue ... Dragons that is
Do blues in taverly dungeon, if you want to do them, though they aren't that great money unless you have 70+ agility. Greens are better, unless you can't click fast (they are always crowded) Also revanents are a worry, but if you aren't scared of them either, greens are the way to go. For greens do the clan wars ones with games necklace.

Why do Void users always take my spot?
Incessantly sitting in pest control for 10 hours has bound to give you some anti social tenancy's =D. No seriously though EVERYONES a jerk, you just see more void users. And about the siggy thing, have you ever watched tv recently? Things like that are in PG comedy's, and real life, not cartoon.

Thats the great thing about mage, its not reliant on the staff, so you can combine it with range and melee easily. It seems magic was almost meant to hybrid, and not to be used on it's own, which though i agree is slightly annoying, doesn't really matter when you can train range and melee without leveling up if magic is your primary stat.

FAIL! Yea, using diffrent armor is hybriding, as is using a different weapon. Hybrids win, and magic is invaluable for good hybriding.

Frustrations of a regular miner...
Because, 45 seconds is a long time, i spot steal, i generally don't have the mining level for it to be successful, but i don't care, if i have less mining they get more ore, if i have more mining well, i deserve to mine faster.

Which one is Higher?

Has jagex just destroyed the most succesfull minigame in rs?
Wow, 15k tickets. Isnt that like... many hundreds of hours. Anyway, in my opinion soul wars will NEVER beat castle wars. To many leechers, even though its a team game COMPLETELY different gameplay. I would only ever do soul wars for those pets =D.

You don't get it, do you? The mage will also have trained attack, strength, and defense. In the real runescape, you train everything, and there is an infinite number of possibilities and level combinations of levels you can face at lowers levels. A mage at level 126 vs. a meleer at 126 illustrates end game stats and the fact that at higher and higher levels, magic grows more and more obsolete. What we want to actually do is evaluate magic, melee, and ranged in their raw form without looking at level differences, and the only way to do this compare foes with perfect stats, which eliminates the need for for guesswork. Indeed, the only difference between the meleer and mage in my scenario does not exist in their stats, but in the way they're attacking each other (One is choosing to use mage, and the other is choosing to use melee). So the fact that mage uses 17 less combat levels means nothing at all? Even if it used the same combat levels, it would still be a match for melee, (compfreaks alrdy proved that numerous times) let alone with less, id say its pretty damn strong, just hard to use. In real runescape, combat levels matter. Good luck.

But a mage with 99 mage and non maxed melee will only be level 109, but a maxed meleer will be level 126. ??? Your argument still makes no sense, mage uses less levels, so melee should be brought down to the levels a mage would have. There is a reason level 138's can't attack level 20's in pvp worlds, now give me a melee build with 148 in attack and str and maxed everything else that will beat a mage build with 70 attack and 78 str, and maxed everything else. Then they will be the same combat level, and there will be a real comparison. If jagex suddenly makes 99 mage give the same combat levels as 99 attack and str, we can compare a maxed mage to a maxed meleer. Until then, good luck. (lol ive edited this like 5 times now)

No as in assume someone has 99 str and 99 attack, 99 defence, 99 hp, 99 everything. He would be level 126, i'm not going to include summoning. Now assume someone has 99 mage and range, with 70 attack and 78 str (sorry its 148 combined str and attack, i was wrong) str and 99 hp and everything else. He would be level 109. Comparing a level 109 to a level 126, well there isnt much to compare, you have to bring them down to the same level. God, how thick are you?

1 itemers on PVP worlds.
What if there was a clan of 1 itemers all in dds'ers or granite mauls. MWAHAHHAHAHAHAHA.

I love how people say mage is expensive. In a PVP situation, i would rather carry around 100 of various runes, a 50k staff and a dds than a godsword/whip. I believe the Crystal Bow is the only bow that can hit a mage while the mage is attempting to farcast. Switching attack styles and armors are one in the same. You're hybriding either way, so they're both relevant points and can be used in this debate. Seercull is extremely inaccurate, and even it were to get a lucky shot in, a good PK'er will have super restores. If a WARRIOR straps on RANGE armor, is he not hybriding? If a MAGE straps on a WARRIOR weapon, is he not hybriding? You can't put limits on the argument to favor your opinion, especially without giving a reason. Nope, dark bow can outrage (or at least match the range) of mages to, which is why i always combine a dark bow with mage. Anyway, though i think the magic defence is dodgy, after reading most of comp's posts and experimenting myself i have found mage to be very powerful. Oh, and comparing a maxed out meleer to a maxed out mage make DOSENT work, A mage with 99 magic is the combat equivalent to 140 combined attack and str (more or less), basically its a whip and 70 str.

If all 3 combat styles were on the same level, i wouldn't mind. Its still dodgy though.

I don't see how sailing would work. Seriously, how would you train sailing to 99? On sea agility courses? What would 99 give? A slightly faster boat?

Ever been muted for something so dumb...
Yes, but when blatant insults and racism get the same 24 hour mute as spamming, you know something is wrong.

I have a life! I only play 2 hours a month of runescape!
I agree, playing lots of runescape doesn't mean you have no life, it means you have alot of spare time. Playing runescape in your spare time would be slightly more lifelike than watching TV or reading would be in my opinion.
