Do you need money? If so, use dragon axe, infact if you need money never use stealing creation axe, infact just never use stealing creation axe. Seriously, you can make your XP back in 20 mins by cutting willows with a dragon axe and then cutting yews for money, and then cutting willows, for more XP and profit. Experiment yourself, i haven't really tryed it enough, but from what i have seen your far better off with a dragon axe.

Ignore them, if they are to dumb to use a more accurate combat style like range or mage, or simply to get defense, they deserve to get owned.

Yes, timing farcasts is the best thing, figure out how many casts you can pump out before they unfreeze, and start running as soon as you pumped out your last spell, then run for about 10 seconds before going back, freezing them again, and then counting your casts before you need to run again. Very effective, if done well. Eg: Ice burst once, ice burst 1,2,3 times, start running, few seconds later, ice burst again, rinse repeat, and own.

Well if you want to travel around in deep wilderness feel free, but if you pk in BH, or other crowded areas of PVP worlds you can quite easily bank more often for prayer pots. Higher levels have very, very few 1 itemers, aside from that, you can always choose not to fight 1 itemers anyway. Sometimes, you want to be a lower level, being level 44 or level 99 prayer could be the difference to being piled by a team of level 130's or level 120's and an extra 10 defense isn't going to save you. And, even if not every range tank has level 44 prayer, and i admit some might have higher prayer, doesn't stop the fact that a great deal of range tanks end up with no more than 44 prayer.

What makes you an expert. Sorry, a tank ranger doesn't need 99 prayer, when you can quite easily finish most fights with 44, as getting above 44 doesn't give you any extra benefits aside from longer lasting prayers. People seem to think you need to be something, to know about it. Don't exactly need cancer to be a doctor do you?

Quest capes need a couple of million in all different skills, requiring 140+ quests, and constantly having to keep it every time a quest comes back.

Get 50 attack, 99 str, 99 mage, 99 range, 99 hp, and 44 prayer. Thats longggterm. Keeping attack below 50 means you keep a steady combat level.

No, your better off buying better armor/weapon, and even if your maxed out, it only helps slightly, and you would probably never take it to PVP worlds anyway, which is the only advantage it has over warrior ring.

The problem with RWT wasent that the money was being traded, it was that credit cards were being stolen etc. But they can still do that now, by saying they have a fancy new method they won't reveal, and they can still steal the credit cards. Abiet, you would have to be dumb to fall for it but...

You don't really need piety if your a tank ranger/mage So remove the "maxed" prayer, and change it to 1 or 44.

Ok then, my account at the moment has about 45 defence, 43 prayer, and 72 (73?) magic, Now this is significantly after magic maxes out. Give me someone with 40-50 defence, 40-60 prayer, and 110 combined attack and strength, we must use our respective combat styles only, but you CAN use different armors. After said person duels me, and wins, i will agree that mages need a boost in f2p. (like new armor, i already think new spells would determinately help)

I'm level 76, and I can manage to kill loads of people. Try using ranged, or ancients if melee doesn't do it for you, both more accurate than melee so you actually end up doing damage. I think 86 is a perfectly decent level, everyone seems to think you need to be level 100 otherwise your a noob and should be ignored completely.

It wouldn't be very fair, and there is still some potential for RWT. Eg, selling 99 mining 10 hours for 2 dollars, etc etc.

It depends on if you believe in karma in the first place, because if karma existed in real life, it would naturally also exist in runescape, but if it didn't exist, it wouldn't exist in runescape either because its "sopose" to be all chance.

They don't want to waste food, so they freeload off you, prehaps if jagex made them like boss monsters, targetting both players it would be slightly better, but until then.

Whips superior in damage per second sure, but for KO's its not that great.
