Assuming you get 10 mill range xp, the void will net you an extra 1 mill xp. So if you get 1.2 mill xp in that time, you need to get 12 mill xp to make up for lost time. Also, you can get ranged xp from pest control as well.

Lots of people would pay over 300 dollars for an account. Think of it this way, assuming 10 dollars an hour, you can make 300 dollars in 30 hours. or about a month more or less depending on how much you work. The average account gets hundreds of hours of work put into it. So when you think mathematically, you are better off working 30 hours, buying a good account than making the account yourself, this is not taking into account how much you may like training, or weather its against the rules.

f2p range is a great damage dealer, but 18 max hit, although constant, won't exactly be koing in pvp worlds.

Give range crossbows to ko with, and max out mage.

Yes but at least dark bow has comparable accuracy to d claws, dragon dagger is one of the most inaccurate commonly used pking weapons.

Oh, i looked at the feedback forum in RSOF forum (rants and jagex love put together?) and a great deal of the topics there have valid points, theres only a few rants that consists of half censored grammatically incorrect rubbish and those threads die in about 2 seconds flat. It's really not that bad.

Wouldn't a crystal bow hit a mage no matter how far he/she is casting? I don't get how that works. :? As i said, with a few exceptions. Dark bow, crystal bow apparently (though i have farcasted one b4?) Longrange settings, (which suck) and yea. Fortunately for us mages, few of these things ever get used.

Rares were a mistake, at least the price is going down. And i agree with aura, once was a time where those hats were the only decent looking hats around, but now those times are over, you can find many unique hats for a fraction of the price =D.

But if you farcast properly you won't get hit, or will get hit very rarely.
