  1. As long as you have a computer with internet connection Runescape is playable. Jk aside, I never noticed bots to do anything negative for me, so I'd say Runescape is playable. Just like it has always been.
  2. I agree that there is great dialouge in Runescape, much of which is funny, but I for one don't like being a clueless idiot. I personally am very close to the quest cape, and I know there are bajillions of people out there more experienced then me and I would hope that that would reflect itself in how my player talks and acts. The money vs. kindness thing isn't as big a deal as you can have tons of experience and still want money, but I dislike the cluelessness sometimes shown by my player. On the other hand, there are those moments where everyone else is stupid and our character is facepalming the whole time.
  3. I like how different our character personality is in different quests. Sometimes he just goes after the money and can't figure out a simple puzzle. Sometimes he helps people out of kindness and can solve ridiculously hard puzzles. Dialogue in this game is very well done, funny and there are some lines that just deserve a highlight, such as the one in my signature.
  4. This. If someone tries to kill you while RC'ing, you either hop worlds or make them leave.
  5. I see. Well, I don't mind that one extra click.
  6. Congratulations, you have just increased your necromancy skill! You are now level 24. You can now necro threads with 10 pages.
  7. You can't click "yes, I want to remove x item" when the dialog is there. It also makes the construction menu go away.
  8. -Looking at the character from east. -Click near the furnace on minimap. -Click on the furnace when it comes to view. There's no way for you to click him rather than the furnace.
  9. I agree with you, however since the world isnt perfect I see it as a good thing that people are taught not to trust people who offer them free crap over the internet or real life. Can you honestly say that OP getting scammed is bad if he learned this lesson of how to survive in this imperfect world. Stop being so nearsighted and focus on the whole picture and you will see why i condone it. Pretty sad that you cant see that I don't know where this belief comes from that getting scammed in a game like Runescape gives you transferable experience to apply to real life situations. If someone is intent on taking your money in real life, they aren't going to try and scam you, they're just going to take it. Unlike real life, you can't be mugged or assaulted in a video game. People need to stop acting like Runescape is an invaluable tool in teaching life lessons lol. In real life, you can attack the scammer outside of wilderness.
  10. They could make it so that when you remove the same item many times, it stops asking.

Have you ever had both lodestones blocked by rocks at the same time? I have.
  12. "When you can't answer a question, attack the one who questions."
  13. The charm this game had just wore slowly off. In the end, I found nothing to be satisfying or fun anymore. I am pretty sure I was never "addicted", as I had many long breaks from this game. Only thing that brought me always back were the updates. But now I have stopped playing and I have no intentions of coming back.
  14. Except that he isn't. This.

I have always soloed and he's one of the easier bosses.
  16. If I would get to pick one 99, It would be construction. Granted, it is one of the most expensive, repetitive and boring skill to train, but also one of the fastest, if you got the cash. The one thing I love about construction is that you can make the house look exactly like you want. I can place the rooms where I want and when I level, I can only make the house look even better.
  17. As much as I hope this is true, I don't think it's likely to happen. What exactly could a quest line purely focused on him (or any Mahjarrat for that matter) be about if it was post ritual? Although it would be awesome if we could have a quest or two where we could actually experience and be a part of Sliske giving the Barrows brothers their powers and fighting alongside them by using a similar method to travel in time that we used in Meeting/Making History. Sliske, Wahisietel and Kharshai are all unrevealed but known to be alive and obvious could have stories. Sliske has some plot regarding nex and that guthix spirit. Wahisietel could be Ali the Wise.
  18. You know, maybe they won't be hard to fight againts, but perhaps there will be some insane puzzles etc.

  20. That's a poor way to train a dog. If you teach him that being annoying will get him what he wants, he'll just keep annoying other people. I hoped he would understand that when you beg... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BW2vrPpmJOA&feature=related
  21. Haven't had any good noob moments in a while, but here's one that happened not long ago. *Walking around, minding my own business.* *A wild beggar appears!" He: "Hey can u give me money im poor?" Me: "Yes I CAN." *He keeps trading me* He: "Trade." Me: "No." He: "U said u were gonna give money." Me: "I said I am able to give money, not that I am going to give." *I continue. He keeps trading and begging. I finally stop.* Me: "Okay, I'm gonna give you something." He: "Give 1m." Me: "Even better! A VIP ticket to my ignore list!" *Ignored* *He follows me for some time still and then leaves." I just love to do that.
  22. Good to see that construction is still holding spot number 2 :). It deserves that place. Not surprised to see runecrafting still at number 1. The slowest skill and click-intensive, which is why it is my lowest skill. I don't know why, but it feels odd to see crafting be that rare. EDIT: Nice avatar and sig there, Bows.
