I would say aggressive. If i remember correctly, back when i was f2p (lvl 70 in all melees) and training with a rune scimitar, i would always seem to hit a bit higher more often with aggressive than accurate. Though I never really tested it, it was just something i remember noticing. For all I know it could have been complete luck.

Ok, this question has been in my mind almost since the start of my runescape playing. Do the ranged prayers (and mage/melees) increase accuracy, or damage by the % boost? As in does eagle eye boost accuracy by 15% or damage by 15%? or both?

The title pretty much says it all. I wont be using the ss for alot besides tasks that i cant range, and waterfiends mainly. I am currently debating between a whip and a ss, and yes i know whip is best for slayer, but im trying to do as much slayer as possible by range. You might also consider using a rune crossbow. Yes, I know the magic bows have a spec att, and they are what i used back when I switched to p2p, but really, the rune c bow beats any regular bows for regular damage. If you want a weapon with a spec attack, you could look into zaniks c bow, or just switch to either magic bow for the spec then switch back.

Lol, the twist was just because I get tired of the same old "whats the fastest/cheapest way to level X of skill Y" And my budget is because I have about 10m total (2m in MTK) and I would like the higher levels for dungeoneering (Im also frugal when it comes to spending money) Also, if it affects anything, smithing is my priority, with crafting behind that

Wow, it seems im going to be the first to suggest aviansies. I know their not 100% afk, but you can reasonably take time away from killing them to do other things. I forget the xp and gp rates, but they are quite reasonable for such level monsters

Not harder, just more accurate as said before. When I would cannon spectres while not on task, I would get a full load (harralander and above) in about 59 pray points. When i was on task, i would get a full load in about 50 or less prayer points.

Void is useful for stuff with lower defence, because the 10% damage bonus wont help much if you cant hit. For almost any metal dragons (not sure about bronze) you want to go with dhide/arma so you can hit through their crazy high defence. With the full slayer helm, void is practically useless for slayer now, but is still really good for regular training on low def monsters.
