  1. The main thing thing that sets runescape apart,if im not mistaken, is the ability to play the game how you want to, and pvping is just another one of the major activity people like to do in this game.And more people pvp than you think. ;)

  3. I thought after the DD update there would be no more release dates. If so all we can do is speculate,cause the "official" release dates will probably be wrong...
  4. Source? :geek: I don't remember, but it's been widely accepted that the average number of players who regularly PVP is around 10%. Widely accepted by the players that dont pvp? ;) TBH I find that non pvpers and pvpers tend to be on other sides of the world if you catch my drift.

Why should that be the case now? As I said, you need to get as close to the past as you can. Making a system where everyone wins is not the answer. Trying to please everyone is not the answer. Some people will lose a lot of money pking. That's something you can't change without breaking the system. I don't understand. Lets say your average joe melee with full rune, protected whip,nizzy helm,climbers,ect, kills me wereing the same thing.On my death pile will be another rune set and left over food & potions,which is joe melee's profit. If you telling me they shouldn't receive MORE than their risk,then I wholeheartedly agree. But a PKer should never get too much less imo.

Skillers are never left out. 5 D&D's to break the grinding cycle and make skilling enjoyable, the logout timer made fishing/wcing less of a hassle,randoms are better now,WGSand TCC were two types of quests questers always pushed for(Harder quests/ending some storylines), 3 more smaller quests(one of which is tied to the majarrat ritual). And thats not counting the other quests in the pipes. All this while pkers get half done PVP systems that need constant tweeking to become more complicated and anoying.At least skilling wasn't killed off then re-released as different forms of crap. sorry I just had to rant :-# -.-

  13. I understand the exitement about day/night(people will go ooh aah then forget about it within a week),do you realy think there should be a whole new tab JUST for this feature?Hopefully jagex will use the slot a lil better than that. :|

The two best thigs about this,however,are: 1.More welfare pkers,less overpowered KO weapons.This might be good for mages,as the only thing ahrims/zury can stop is a dds. 2.They're working on a fix to the "in combat/out of combat" mechanic ,hopefully making farcasting a viable option when pking.

  21. I know all the j mods have accounts,but i've never heard of a mod with a pure. Sometimes I have the strangest feeling that they've never pked against other RS pkers on a regular account with no mod "powers". I remember reading that mods can't use their Jmod account outside of Jagex so if they were to play at home then they would have to. But I wonder which Jmod has 1 purely combat oriented account. :-k
