I'd agree with Y guy that the rule is pretty much irrelevant right now, and it seems like the mods would be pretty open to uncapped pkri's if there were two clans that actually wanted it, so I don't see much problem with this "unwritten rule". If I were a mod I certainly wouldn't want to deal with the results of contested uncapped Pkri.

What's the point of a community forum if you aren't allowed to post unless you have a certain rank? How many Clan Officals will post on one war declaration? Idealy only one from each, but timezones often make this hard How many pages do you think it should take to finish the declaration? As many as it takes to get a fair war for both clans, I don't think there should be a limit on the page count Is it hard to communicate when there are several officals [ wether from your clan or the others ] putting rules out? Extremely Do the extra comments from others actually pressure the clans to accept rules faster? No Is anything accomplished [ other than free post count ] When you rudely inturupt another clans declaration topic? Yes. If a clan (Let's not beat around the bush anymore, this topic is obviously about the Dv declarations) continuously makes ridiculous declarations and disrespects other clans then people should voice their disapproval, otherwise nothing will change.

Favorite memory: Pretty recent actually; when lnd beat Ce and it came down to 4v4. It was by far the most intense war I've been a part of.

Honestly i find Ph (Pure Hatred) to be the most annoying.

I doubt Vr will have the same success in p2p that they have in f2p. I'm actually expecting RoT to come out on top in this one.

It takes us a while to drop from 31 to 18, if you didn't know. But sorry for the wait. Good job T0, thanks for the fight TPR. Instead of picking people to drop why not pick 18 people to stay? Just a thought. What tpr members have failed to mention is that they gave us 30 seconds to drop and then sent 3 members to come harass us the second time. We refused to drop while they stood there moaning at us so you can thank them for the wasted time. One of our fall in leaders was on the verge of dcing while we dropped so that complicated matters as well. You made up for the extra time we took dropping by having your snipers run around in 1v1 for 20 minutes though, so I guess it's even. Reminded me of playoffs against Dk. Wasn't there so I'm not sure. If he was on the verge of dc'ing he should have just dropped. Better to have people there who aren't lagging. it's better to have people that aren't lagging? 1. How important is loyalty in clans these days? Not that important, although it should be. These days a lot of people join a clan just because they have a friend or a couple friends in the clan, they don't really consider the clan as a whole when they make their deciscion. This leads to a lot of personal loyalty where groups of friends will stick together, but very little clan loyalty. 2. Do long lasting members in a clan still recieve the respect they deserve? In my experience yes, but all the clans I've been a part of have been fairly new so I can't really speak to that.

I think in the end Df will end up crashing Cr. Cr will win, but Thehitman will get Uffan's kill. The drama will never stop.
