  1. I don't think I'd ever get a tattoo on me but I do like them. Evil_Mumm_Ra I really like yours a lot out of all the other tattoos posted.
  2. It was confirmed last month that Adobe and Apple are working on flash, and no for some reason they didn't feel it was essential to have to make flash on the iphone. You think they would have had one by now but no. I think they're going to wait til the next iphone release (which should be around April) to officially release a flash and have everyone spend the $10 to upgrade to iphone 3.0 software if they want flash.
  3. From Your Best Game to Play on Xbox Live/PSN/Online? topic I could tell that there is a lot of battlefield 1942 fans here. Well yesterday EA Announced that they will be rereleasing the game as Battlefield 1943 on PCs, Live, and PSN as a downloadable title. The game will come with three classic maps Wake Island, Guadalcanal and Iwo Jima. The title is also multiplayer only for up to 24 players. http://www.battlefield1943.com/ Joystiq article [yt]BsGrGZkVYNg[/yt]
  4. I'll be much happier when they finally bring flash to the iphone.
  5. Just saw this article on 1up they are coming out with Battlefield 1943 for pc, xbox live, and psn.
  6. No I haven't. I just tried the campaign and then I handed it off to my brother when I finished. Hopefully they fix that, I'll give it a try here later tonight tell you what I think.
  7. I just finished playing the demo, it's alright. The first level reminded me a lot like the first level of star craft. The second level you could basically just sit there till you got a ton of points or money or whatever they where called then build a crazy army without effort. The controls were easy which was great cause I wasn't expecting to have such an easy time with.

Sounds pretty cool. I like how they are doing the class system. I just watch a few multiplayer videos on ign and it look pretty fun, I liked the layout of the map they were playing on, but the people in the videos sucked so bad they died within 5 seconds of the video and couldn't aim worth crap.. Reminds me of halo's multiplayer in a way.

I couldn't lean but I only tired to once in the warehouse behind one of the tables. I'll probably give it a second run through in a minute, it was pretty fun and I'm considering picking it up at the end of the month. Has anyone heard anything about how its multiplayer ranks up? I read what it said at the end but that wasn't to ensuring.

Downloaded, installed, played. Wasn't anything special. You think with all the time they've put in it they would of had some new innovation but no. The one thing that really got to me was that when your in cover you can't lean to the side, you can only pop up, and you could only carry one assualt rifle.

  12. For the price I think its worth it to get refurbished. I've gotten refurbished products in the past and I've never had a problem with a single one.
  13. I haven't posted anything mainly because I feel nothing happened.. excluding the last 2 minutes or whatever but still not enough for me to be satisfied at least. I'm basically done with Lost at this point to be honest.

  15. That's the only problem I've ever really had also, makes me never want to order the wrong part again.

  17. A lot of companies aren't going to be shutting done but merging into bigger parent companies in the coming future. EAs shut down quite a few studios recently. Also there was Brash Entertainment, Ensemble Studios, ACES Game Studio, Microsoft Flight Sim Studio, Eidos selling their studio, Sony cutting some jobs in their gaming department, etc, etc. It doesn't entirely mean that the employee's of those companies are out of the game, many will go on to other developers and others will go on to create new studios its how the business works. Bash Entertainment is a company that founded in 2007 and it didn't even develop anything good enough for it to be missed. ACES Game Studio isn't that the same as Microsoft Flight Sim Studio? I don't see why they would have two studios making flight sim games but it is a great lose but mircosoft has said it wouldn't stop working on flight sims. Eidos is not closing a studio, they just opened one in september and I don't think Eidos is going to be in trouble for a while because WB bought 10 million worth of shares in the company mid December and from what I found, they are in better shape then you make them out to be. Job cuts are to be expected in this current economy but the look at the companies that are making them, the ones that can afford to lay of all these employees and still come out with products that sell. Sony gaming department isn't going to go under, EA isn't going to disappear any time soon. What companies are going to be doing is closing down studios that aren't making the bottom line and buying companies that will help their bottom lines.
  18. Congrats on the acquiring that all mighty admin avatar! Bow down in the presence of greatness as the great Kanye West would say... Best of luck!

  20. Oh well then its not called a toolbar, its called a Dock. I thought he meant menu bar it was the closest thing I could place to being a "toolbar" but either way those links I gave have dock like programs listed.
  21. Its not even an original album cover... I've had the cd for a couple weeks now, its some good stuff better then their last cd which I didn't care so much about.
  22. It was most likely talking about having a mac theme. some links to look at- http://www.engadget.com/2004/06/09/turn ... nto-a-mac/ http://www.techradar.com/news/software/ ... s&attr=all http://stijnjasper.wordpress.com/2008/02/25/my-desktop/ http://www.aialex.com/2007/11/28/how-to ... c-desktop/
  23. Its like you guys forgot he lost his powers like Baconxl said... but I think that his new form of power absorption is better for the story so you know which powers he takes, its not as much of a guessing game anymore as oh does he have this one person's power? Now we'll know when he takes a power and which powers. I'm really glad though that they decide to throw Sylar's father in the mix so soon, but I don't think we'll get to see him for another 2 episodes at least.
  24. Never go for a Dell. Asus may be new to the game, but I have one, and it owns! Very high quality for the price, and the one I have has almost all of it's outputs/inputs on new standards, I had a teacher thinking it was a $2000 laptop until I told him I payed $1100 for it. Brand new, never had any problems. I'm confused, new standards? Are you talking about your ports, or your computer specs because I'd hope if you bought a new computer that it'd come with new components..
  25. Favourite Guides website: GameFaqs Favourite Review website: I don't have a favorite Favourite PC gaming website: Don't play PC games Favourite Gaming forums: gaming forums are overrated if you ask me.
