What movie(s) did you last see?
Timothy Dalton is the worst bond. I won't watch any of his Bond films. My opinion on Skyfall was that it was a homage to the series as it's released was timed with it's 50th anniversary. I saw the newest Star Trek yesterday. I don't know if I liked it as much as the first but it does get pretty emotional near the end.

The fee for playing used games was false (Polygon received an email from someone at Microsoft about it). But knowing that none of the money profited from the used game market makes it way back to the developers, it's hard to be against a fee even though the idea of having to pay more does suck especially if you are gaming on a budget, or simply borrowing a game from a friend.

I would say you are arguing the wrong argument. They're not going after cell phones and PCs. They're going after your TV. Think about your average tv setup. The average person that I know has at least two of these attached to their TV a cable box, dvd/blu-ray, &/or a gaming system. This new system is all of those. 3 boxes, now turns into 1.

The end goal for Microsoft is to get subscribers, and the audience it's targeting is non-gamers, those that don't already own a console, so it's logical that they put more focus on what the console doesn't already do, opposed to what it already can do. That's why they can save the games for a later date like E3 where most of the upcoming titles will be 3rd party anyways.

Intoxication and Consent - morality, legality, and other shenanigans
Well the information given states that only he was drunk. Both gave consent, but the most important information is missing, and that is details about what happened when they physically had sex. Was it passionate? Or was he over overbearing? If anyone here watches HBO's Girls, there is a particular scene between Adam and his at-the-time girlfriend Natalia that relates to this issue. I would link to the scene, but it's too graphic to share here.

Intoxication and Consent - morality, legality, and other shenanigans
There isn't enough information to truly answer that question.

Intoxication and Consent - morality, legality, and other shenanigans
I've personally never experience a situation where a person has been intoxication beyond the point of making their own decisions, but I generally avoid women that are drunker then I am. I also don't respect people who blame their actions on their drunkenness. Generally when I think of consent though, I think of age. I've known a few people who have had to face legal actions because of a parent pressing legal actions.

The Game of Thrones TV series - Season 4
I was planning on buying the first two seasons on Blu-Ray this past fall, but that was until I saw how much they cost.

What movie(s) did you last see?
I saw Iron Man 3 and Gatsby this week. I didn't really care for the story of Iron Man 3, I didn't think it was a strong as the first two. Gatsby was very visually stimulating, but that is about as far as I'll go on that. It played like a visual-audio book if that makes any sense.

The Game of Thrones TV series - Season 4
It's a shame he had to do it, but the man left him no choose. Who are the people who have Theon?

What movie(s) did you last see?
I literally said "k." It's watchable, just not the strongest film. On my scale anything under 5 is something I wouldn't recommend or watch again.
