Today I got my truck back! :twss: ...for all of 10 minutes. Then I realized that the heat didn't work. :wall: So they checked it and think that it's a problem with the thermostat, but, of course, they didn't have one in stock so they had to keep it until it can be fixed. But I'd already sent my ride home, so I had to call him to turn around to come back and get me. Yet somehow we spent the whole trip home laughing about it. But, I got all of my Christmas shopping done except for two gifts today and I'm taking my boys to pick those out on Saturday. And I'm less that $100 over budget, which is really good for me (last year I spent over $700 more than planned). Then the Subway had some of those cinnamon buns I love, and my bad knee started locking up just as I went to sit down to eat, but I don't have anything else to do tonight so I really don't care. All in all, today was a pretty damn good day. :) You're welcome. I think we set a record for penalty minutes handed out during that game. :D

If you just want something off the shelf, wait until after Christmas. Most major retailers in North America (including electronics stores) have huge boxing day/week sales so you should be able to get something good for a decent price. I like Best Buy myself because their salespeople don't work on commission (in Canada at least, not sure about the US).

I've always been of the opinion that women and men can do whatever job they want, and there's no reason either of them should be discriminated against for it.

We nearly drove into some idiot doing that this morning. We left lots of space, but he decided to suddenly brake hard and turn even though he hadn't signaled.

Unfortunately, gun control laws don't seem to make it any harder to get them if you want them. I'm sure you're familiar with our gun laws here in Canada, yet Ottawa has had more gun related crimes this year than any two other years combined (well, almost). Fortunately (if there's any up side to gun crimes) they've mostly been robbery and shooting injuries (thanks to a minor gang turf war) than outright murders, but it's still a disturbing trend.

Which bring up a disturbing question, did he really want to protect himself or did he just use that as an excuse to bring a gun to school?

At least the in game bonuses are cosmetic. Still, I'm curious about the Paladin outfit. That's new, right?

Just so you know, some cars (mine for example) do that when one of the signal lights on that side is burnt out. It also flashes faster on the dash indicator to let you know. That said, you're right. It is extremely distracting.

I'd like to add that I recommend also bringing a shield (shieldbow for ranged) if you're not already using a one-handed weapon and putting Rejuvenate on your abilities bar as it completely eliminates the need for food. I usually wait until I'm at about half my lifepoints and then use it. Just remember to keep the shield equipped until it's done. If you switch back too soon it will stop.
