The Back Room
And here I thought that there weren't people who could have nutty videogame conversations in the same way that my brother and I do. I was wrong. So horribly WRONG. It's too bad I've never played any of the Half-Life games, elsewise I could actually participate.

But the pulling-crap-out-of-the-air part was what made it FUN!

Then don't look at this thread This isn't the only place the 10? of you, who somehow think this is funny, post the joke. I'm sorry, but there's nothing funny about forced humor. What is funny, however, is that you guys actually think people enjoy your attempt at starting a meme; or the fact that you actually care about your post count. Either way, I'll just stop posting here. It's pretty clear to me that you guys don't need help embarassing yourselves. I've never said the "meme" these guys are trying to start...thanks for putting me in with them though. Aww, c'mon! It's fun! There's no issue with joining in, either! Because we almost all joined in at different times!

Our sense of humor is different than yours. Remember, if it's a joke, it's probably funny to somebody. Now take your humor-criticizing posts (that almost all occurred at different times) to somewhere more srs, and let us laugh a bit.

See, this combobreaker happened at a different time than another one. That means that almost all combobreakers occur at different times!

This thread has advanced so many levels of win, it's not even funny. The odd thing is, most of the increases happened at different times.

Behind The Scenes November
We'll still need a lord shark, a king shark, and a prince shark after this though.

And woohoo, I was ignored again! Anyways, I'm looking forward to the herb-thing update. Looks like it could net me some amusing farming xp, and having stuff that gives "double capabilities" never hurts either.

Dungeoneering
Hmm.... I never did manage to master transmog... I bote that it gets restarted, but we'd need a mod who hasn't played Dungeoneering before. Because a mod who has would know exactly what everybody tries to do, and probably be DF-sadistic enough to turn it against them.

This argument AGAIN? To put it simply, my OPINION is that the majority of content (that is, lore-related stuff, petty amusements, etc.) should be geared toward the low-to-mid level player. Why? Because having content available to only high-levels makes it so lower-levels can't enjoy it, as opposed to having something be at a level where most people can have fun with it, from low-level to high-level. Now, this is just the "For Lols" content. As for content that provides superior weaponry, training methods, or various other efficiency-promoting stuff, I say that it should get better the higher you level. The higher the level, the more xp/hr you get, the higher the level you can get. TL;DR: Leave the "For Lols" stuff to the lower levels so everyone can enjoy it; have training methods get better as you level because the higher levels seem to actually care about xp/hr more than low levels. Just my opinion on the matter. Now please, let the content argument DIE. We've all heard it enough.

I think you're getting confused because of the queer vampire in Twilight and the gay weeaboo on the tip.it Forums. There's a difference?

02-Nov-2010 - Dungeoneering The Warped Floors
I have tried out one of the new prayer necklaces (dragontooth, since I can't afford 90 pray) while pietying a fire giants task and holding a bonecrusher. It helped. A lot. Each giant took about 3-4 ppoints, but instead of having to replenish those ppoints with just pots, I get 2 ppoints back for every kill. Making each firegiant cost approximately 1-2 ppoints. This is with extremes and typical piety-slayering equipment. Heck, with a cannon, you could probably gain ppoints on tasks like that.

It boosts for every prayer you use that's for 1 combat style. What it works on: Steel Skin + Eagle Eye, Steel Skin + Ultimate Strength + Incredible Reflexes, etc. What it doesn't work on: Piety, Chivalry, etc. I haven't tried testing with curses yet. WHATT thats really good then. Augury and Rigour are almost useless... ....provided that you want to bother with the -8 prayer bonus. I'm hoping they fiddle with it so it boosts Piety/Augury/Rigour/Turmoil by a bit.
