Still playing lots of ironman. I don't have enough time as most people, because I work a lot during the week. Anyways, I'm around 1050 total. I don't really have a goal, just playing what sounds fun. I'm making mini-goals, such as getting full rockshell armor. I've unlocked Trekking, done lots of skilling, and just recently killed Rex a few times. It was pretty intense for me, because I haven't even done DKs on my main before. It turned out well, because I got a dragon hatchet and a berserker ring within about 10 kills :) [hide] [/hide]

They're very useful, don't forget you get all the xp from the resources too. Getting 28 rocktail or whatever other resource xp worth in a few seconds is great. So far I'm around 20 farming and 30 herblore from exclusively divine locations, and I haven't even played half of the days since it's been released.

I've personnally never seen the entire system paralyzed over an inch of snow...You mean they don't close all the public schools, for example? Maybe they do a better job in Canada than in our country.Need a good snowstorm or promise of 10+ cm to close schools here. Here it takes 30+ cm of snow to close schools, and in New Brunswick it's 35+ cm and they don't even close college and universities at those snowfalls. Thinking about it, I should probably get my winter tires put on before the rush which usually start at the end of October, but I'm expecting it to be sooner this year seeing as we had some rain/snow mix today although mostly rain. In Canada they don't do much of a better job, people actually know how to drive in winter conditions and that makes all the difference, although the first snows there are always quite a lot of accidents. It snowed a foot (~31cm) overnight last winter for me in here (Minnesota) and they didn't cancel college classes.In my six years there, I got one full snowday.

I test drove a lotus Elise today, and it was the most fun car I've ever driven. I want to buy it, but it's so impractical :(

What iPhone did you have? I'm switching from my android over to an iPhone for the first time because of battery issues, but I don't wanna get an iPhone that can't handle iOS 8 because I assume it'll come installed with it. Keep in mind iPhones also eventually develop battery issues over time.iPhone5, new 6 months ago. The battery/heat is a common problem, but mine seemed to be a lot worse. Most people I know with a 5 dropped from ~10 hrs to ~6 hrs with ios8.

IOS 8 completely bricked my phone, the battery lasted about 1.5 hrs and the entire time it was very hot, I couldn't receive calls, apps would crash and the keyboard would always reset... So, I bought an Android for the first time, a OnePlus One. It's great so far, I love the huge screen and customizability. Kind of sucks transferring everything over, but new stuff is fun

I do the same, but with some spray specifically for shoes, but it doesn't really work. I just need new shoes :(

Messing with drops and MTK is too far, and makes no sense. The idea is to be self sufficient, not to make the game harder arbitrarily. They should just do it like most people have done DIY forever - no trading/interacting with players. Things that would be impossible without interaction (bosses, etc) should be reviewed case-by-case, and still with limits most likely. Only FFA bosses.

Maybe I can help ask questions, as I'm just coming back too. It's kind of hijacking, but it will help us both :p What are the best daily/weekly/monthly? Tears, trolls, penguins, jack of trades, etc. What are the best ability rotations for mage/range/melee?

I had this calculator of sorts that I spent three weeks on. You put a couple of pieces of info in, such as salary, retirement contribution, etc - and it would generate a lot of info. It would calculate how much you pay in taxes, your tax bracket, retirement money. You could set a budget too. If you filled out all of the fields, you could see how much money you would have in your retirement and bank after x amount of years - accounting for inflation, retirement growth, investing if you wanted, cost of living and increases, salary raises, etc. This was all on my new work laptop that I got a couple months ago. I didn't have it backed up because it was a personal project, and I didn't want to back it up on the work servers. Apparantely my laptop was a lemon, and it bluescreened today, the ssd was unsalvagable, and I lost it all :(
