You have to appeal to unlock it. As for sending an appeal. Do not leave any categories with empty slots. You're better off putting nothing in. Like for previous passwords, only put them in if you have all the slots for that category filled. If you only have 1-2 you're better off just not filling it in. Hope that helps. :)

If you check the 180 day graphs on barrows boxed sets/bandos/godswords/arma on the dates May 11-20th or so everything just about went down. I just want to know why this happened. Only update that happened around that time was the rule change. Otherwise I see no reason why the items went down. I know this happened a while ago but I want to know. Bring 2-4 prayer pots and try going 2-3 chests. Run out of the tunnels after you're done, then drink 2 doses of prayer pot and just do the same thing again.

3m for 4 strength bonus isn't worth it. Go with the warrior ring. \

Meleeing would be more difficult. It will take longer and you'd end up getting less chests a trip. If you do end up meleeing though, I think Verac's is better.

Aren't you supposed to keep melee pray and piety up?

It's just the game loading. Is there a black area you see on the minimap? Then after you lag the black is replaced with actual map?

A couple pray pots and super sets. You're keeping melee pray/piety on right? Oh oh! Emergency fooooood! :lol:

So you're going to stand outside of G.E. with melee pray up and rush people?

I think you need the nose peg+mask.

Try checking the G.E. graphs or check world 1/2.
