Not usually one to jump in with a post like this, but I don't think there's anything wrong with the discussion of the clue scroll pictures, and the thread rules show that as long as the post has something worthwhile to say, it should be allowed. Are you sure you got the name right? Because I don't see how 20 blood runes, rune mace, rune full helm and dragon platelegs are garbage. In fact these drops are worth quite a lot. Pretty sure I got the name right. They're basically pocket change to me considering the boss monsters that I kill. Steel dragons drop complete junk for me most of the time, and steel bars are not worth picking up considering the amount of time needed to pick them up compared to the amount of money/xp I'd get doing this. Not anymore they aren't With the drops I mentioned you can get over 200K coins by killing 100 of steel dragons. Most monsters don't even have drops worth near that with 300 kills. I can make 400k+ in less than 10 minutes by soloing Nex, which is much more fun than killing Steel dragons for barely any loot. Alright, fair enough. I might disagree with most of the posts here, but that's ok. I still respect you guys. But there is one thing I must point out. Even boss monsters are guilty of dropping items that aren't worth a lot. I mean the Kalphite Queen drops Zamorak wines. Zamorak wines? You mean one of the Kalphite Queen's best drops, and an item that is rising like mad in anticipation of the Bonus XP Weekend and it's obvious impact on the herblore economy?

Steel dragons. Never been a big fan of them, they drop mostly garbage, and the steel bars constantly on the floor just annoys me Gargoyles. They take ages and their drops are basically worthless at this point Greater demons are also kinda a hated task for me, while I could Zamorak GWD for it, I've never really been a big fan of them

Actually used to be a member of the Death Monkeighs a very long time ago, and I can confirm that back then, they were a pretty damn good clan. Left to get more into boss hunting, but I enjoyed my time, so I'd recommend it to anyone who wants some fun

the comp cape's benefits have almost nothing to do with beating any bosses besides the one that grants items related to it you could own all of the individual components of it for months and still be unable to use any of them together, due to an artificial barrier that says "you're only worthy of being able to use things you already own, together, once you jump through these hoops" i like the concept of the comp cape, but the way it holds actual benefits hostage (instead of being just a prestige item) just encourages more of the same bullshit that makes rs so toxic The Completionist's cape is supposed to prove that you have "completed" Runescape in as many forms as you can. You've maxed out your skills to the highest possible levels, done every quest and task, and unlocked various bits of content that entitle you to finally wear the best cape in the game. However, Runescape has a great deal of combat content, so riddle me this, why wouldn't certain boss hunting requirements be included? If you've "completed" the game by Jagex's standards, you should be experienced in every area, including the bosses. And riddle me this, if it indeed encourages more of the "same bullshit that makes rs so toxic", how does it do this? By actually forcing you to do something to get the top tier item that you should have already done if you'd "completed" the game? Seems like the comp cape works exactly as it should.

Some fingers have pointed out that while the completionist Mark is an attentive lover (like a boss), he's quick to ignore the gentle Sorator, and can be abusive if he doesn't get his own way. There have been bumps along the road, with DEO's obsession with experience gains, Witchery's obsession with Avantoe seeds and both of their obsessions with donations, but their love has been held together by their love of the money made through Darkwitchery's days of hosting dice games. However, the Irish accent has worn down Darkwitchery's endurance over the years, and she has fallen for Drazhor. Kieran's seductive ways have nearly stolen Witchery's affections completely, but DEO has been fight for her love, and while this epic love saga has not concluded yet, it's sure to have an ending as explosive as Kieran's after missing out on a threesome. Kimberly Solemnis Kimberly has had a rocky few years, after her marriage to myself, the messy divorce and the subsequent relationship with Drazhor which nearly ended in castration, and things don't seem to have got much better! Becoming enamored with Gwyn, he vowed to impress with his amazing boss hunting skills. Advancing with speed through the ranks of Magic, he bewitched Gwynrwyn, stealing his love for as long as the spell will last. While setbacks such as being PK'd by Nex for a set of Ascension bows have made Lucld furious, he has stated firmly that Gwynrwyn is the love of his life, and only he will be allowed to touch his portal gun. A Local Guy The Warrior While Warrior has long stated that he is too good for anyone, ALG recently caught his eye. There can be no escape from bewitchment of the Local One, and The Warrior has decided to try to put aside his arrogant ways of being a jerk, and try to be the man that ALG would love. It hasn't worked very well, but ALG is patient (he must have been to be my lawyer for some ugly business long ago), and the two of them seem to be happy together. It'll be a shame when their love is tragically brought to an end when I personally kill The Warrior in the Wilderness, as I promised to long ago. Never forgive. Never forget. Miss Lioness Dragoon5464 Miss Lioness has long claimed that she is asexual, but you can't get more asexual than a raisin. While it's not certain yet what attracts that completionist Lioness to the Dragoon, it's certainly true that sometimes, something beautiful happens in this world. It can only be hoped that Lioness' dreams of burning do not also apply to her boy-toy. eejits/Pretoria SA Shyla/Lady Heinous While the beautiful Shyla has not been around for a very long time, the love that Jess holds for her will never die. 51 defence, 67 magic, no food, no prayer, DIY, and KICKING SOME DAGANNOTH ASS!! YEAH!

Having one person with incite and provoke ready at all times is great even in a duo with no tank, because during ice phase, you're going to want to free each other from the ice prisons, so stay close by and break the hell out of those prisons. This also leads to the Zaros phase, where you have to stand in melee range or she's going to tear you a new one with magic, so someone's going to take a decent amount of damage with melee. I've always found the best method is for both of you to take turns with incite on. One kill, your friend does it and get's prison'd/tanks Zaros phase, and then the next kill, you do so :) Remember that if you're both dpsing, you're both likely gonna be attacking minions, so while ending Shadow phase, you're both killing Ambler (Umbra), so keep an eye out for those unexpected shadow bombs ;) Whichever one of you is "tanking" the next kill, make sure they have a decent amount of food, even if it leaves the other person with maybe 7 pieces. I'd say around 15 pieces, just to be on the safe side in case you get an evil kill where Nex completely slaughters you. Duo Nex isn't extremely easy, but it's a lot easier than solo Nex. I would personally heavily recommend the upgrade to tier 90 armour. It lasts a lot longer than you'd expect (as long as you don't drop the piece you're currently WEARING into your gravestone on death, pieces in your inventory will NOT degrade if dropped in your gravestone), and the extra damage will help out in the long run towards successful kills.
