  1. I remember getting over 600k Hunter exp in a day before. There was most likely a few 100k added to that through other skills. I don't know exactly, though.
  2. 1501-2000, 1765. Edit: Sorry if this posts twice. -.-
  3. A poll really would be nice. I don't really have experience with anything but TDs, but I still have friends who go to GWD/kill Abby Demons, and I'd say TDs would be best in the long run. You have much better stats than me and I manage 12-13 kills an hour on average, so with practice, you can definitely beat that. Or you can just alternate between everything like I do so you don't go insane from boredom. Either way, good luck.
  4. They do annoy me a little, but I just turn volume down until I leave the GE usually or just ignore it since I know I won't be there long. Only takes a couple of seconds to turn sound off and back on again. :s
  5. #5 on solo kill #453. Don't hate me.
  6. I'd just logged out when it happened to switch worlds, but as soon as I got on I had loads of messages saying "Wtf just happened?!" o-o I'm so curious.
  7. Generally, if I see someone at a spot and they were there first, I will hop. Although, I can't say I'll do the same if that particular spot has plenty of things to kill for the both of us. Sometimes I will if I think it'll avoid an argument, or if they ask me politely, and that's even if the world isn't crowded. But If there were plenty to go around, I don't blame you for not hopping.
  8. It'd definitely motivate me to do clues, and that's saying something since I usually have the same clue sitting in my bank for weeks. Nice idea.
  9. Why assume..? The year has barely started. You can't guess what the year will be like based on three weeks. And I disagree with what you said about the quest cape. Combat is a skill itself and the quest cape is even more of a challenge to get, like it should be. I've seen a player in the 90s with a cape after Nomad's Requiem - it's not impossible. In my opinion, the quest cape should test everything, combat included, and there are plenty of quests with only skills and no fighting involved. Hopefully there will be more released this year, I agree, but I have no complaints about the GM quest.
  10. 88 Summoning will help you so much more with TDs (and everything else) in the long run, I think. And, personally, I'd get a SGS for the special rather than AGS.
  11. Wow. That'll motivate me to train Agility, then. o_o Time to get 75. :D
  12. [hide] [/hide]Shame I couldn't be there, but grats. <3:
  13. Wantmyar: ihy nao. :[ rich narb. I'll unspam later when my internet decides it likes me again. And if I do something post-worthy.
  14. uh no defence is harder... You can defence train with whip at az's, which is faster than ssing str at az's. Dharoking apes, I guess, but that's all melees and not everyone likes to pay and Dharok. Pardon my ignorance, but "az's"? Armoured zombies. OT: Cooking or Fletching, simply because they require little concentration, they're cheap, and they're fast.
  15. [hide] If you don't have a Yak and run out of Super restores before he's killed, then it is luck based. What? It means that you didn't get your brew/restore ratio right. Again, nothing to do with luck. That's bad planning. I would agree with you, especially about the bad planning part, but it was luck that I beat him at that time. [/hide]I didn't mean that it was entirely based on luck, just that it plays a factor. Obviously, you have to get the correct amount of potions and manage to hide, etc. at the right times. But it is partly due to luck. The last two tries, I used the exact same amount of potions, same strategy... but I did less specials with my ruby bolts (e), and when the Nomad started using melee, I got hit quite a lot more. Also, that quest thing sounds really interesting. o_O
  16. Took quite a few attempts, but it really is luck-based. When the nomad started melee'ing, I didn't get hit that often, thank God. Not sure if anyone's mentioned this (probably, what with there being 43 pages and all), but when there are four nomads, instead of hitting the last one to attack, just run behind the pillar like you do when he's going to hit the 75. He doesn't heal, and it gives you about thirty seconds to get whatever you need from your familiar, pot up and drop empty vials. Helps a lot.
  17. Grats, Maz. <3 About 9 real tries later... but that was a fun quest imo.
  18. Well, not all are scams (99%, though), and even if the leaders aren't planning to scam and the clan is public, the public will dump early because they think the leaders will. Definitely better to solo-merch.
  19. I think it would be nice to have new death animations, but wouldn't the new emotes be boring after a couple of months too?
  20. Online relationships in general don't annoy me. I'm in one myself, admittedly, and I'm very happy with the guy - and I know a friend who is in a relationship with someone who she met on the internet (and in real life, for anyone who cares). They can work as long as you're careful and have regular contact with each other using webcams, etc. However, going up to random people on a game and saying their avatar is "beautiful" and asking them out instantly is just... disturbing. Most of the time it's probably just young kids who think they'll be cool for having an e-girlfriend/boyfriend, or thinking they'll get items and stuff out of it. Or they're just trying to be irritating. -.-
  21. Depends on the skill cape, in my opinion. Like sportsman said, capes such as cooking, fletching, firemaking or woodcutting are less impressive because they're so easy to get (well, not exactly easy, they just don't take such a long time) compared to the harder capes such as slayer, runecrafting, farming, etc. I'd easily prefer quest cape over the first four, but not the others, even though the quest cape requires more experience.
  22. [hide] I didn't find orange salamanders worth it considering the use of waterskins. I'm going to post a link to a grenwall hunting guide because I have no frigging clue on how to do it. [/hide]Not so bad if you have the enchanted water tiara after Dealing with Scabaras methinks, but yeah, I found that annoying too. I hate anything to do with the desert, but I just mentioned it since I figure some people don't mind it as much as I do. And alright. Also, now it's crossed my mind, Red Salamanders are an alternative from 60 (or 59, I personally say 60 since you can set four traps) to 80. Chinchompas REALLY aren't worth doing straight away in my opinion. D: Such slow experience and money. And Roflcoptor: I know someone who got to level 94 in less than a week. :P Some people just don't stop.
