Congrats on your MCAT score! I've heard from other friends in med-school that it's a nightmare to study for. Sorry about the girl though :-(.

UEFA Champions League/Cup - Euro 2008 - Leagues & Cups
Bah, don't go to spurs please :-P. Good result today. 3-0 is a nice way to start...Alves sure didn't look like that 20 million player Chelsea were willing to pay for in the summer.

UEFA Champions League/Cup - Euro 2008 - Leagues & Cups
Arsenal do seem to have the habit of coming back down against Spurs. I'm really pleased with this result - Fabregas is on fire! And we're at the top of the table (for now) :-D.

UEFA Champions League/Cup - Euro 2008 - Leagues & Cups
Aye, it was Zizou, Thuram, and Makelele that saved France from the humiliation of not even qualifying for the World Cup. Ugh. Domenech doesn't have as much media scrutiny and English hate-mail as McClaren, that's why :-P. I heard Donadoni is in something of the same situation too.

Hey, my Owen-Heskey combo was quite potent in FIFA 2004 . Spurs can beat Arsenal as much as they want, but in the end you still won't get your CL place ;-)

Lightning leaves the building
It's been a pleasure being able to work with you - I'm really sad to see you go. I hope everything works out for you in the end. Best of luck with your life and other projects. Stay strong. P.S. by the way, how did ControlMonger turn out? I remember playing the beta back then, but my computer at that time was too crummy to run it properly.

WWIII - Oh teh noes...
Why does the U.S attack any other country? Seriously, stop basing your claims off of Tom Clancy. And trapical - just because a country's technology is inferior to anothers doesn't mean it's a given victory for one side. Take the Korean War for example. West Point historians have always wondered how the Chinese were able to hold the US forces to a standstill. The US had superior airpower (China had less than a dozen Russian planes) and more advanced weapons. The only thing the Chinese had going for them were the sheer number of troops, and their infantry tactics. Yet they still managed to complete their objective by pushing US and UN forces out of what is today known as North Korea and prevented another Allied push back into North Korea. Of course, when you measure victory in terms of lives lost like people tend to do, China obviously were on the 'losing' side of the Korean war.

WWIII - Oh teh noes...
Sheer paranoia. Russia, China, and several other countries who share their borders in Central Asia got together to reherse and perform a series of military maneuvers and exercises. The US does these exercises all time to keep their forces sharp and prepared. And if you say they don't... well I guess they don't have to when they have the real thing going on .

High School ~ College / University ~ Etc
Obviously you don't see any point in homework - given your age, you've probably haven't taken any difficult courses yet. Like Rebdragon has said, there's only so much time you have for each class. Do you expect the teacher to spoonfeed you for the rest of school? In my AP Calc class, they'll spend the period going over the previous night's homework, clearing up any confusions, and then teaching just enough to get started on the next night of homework. You don't get spoonfed - instead, you have to figure out things by yourself if you to do well in the class.
