Duke didnt quit he wasnt permenantly banned, thus all of those santas were removed from the game forever, thats a reasonable reason for a price hike.

there's a lot more to it than that, and iot's stuff they don't even tell people they selected as mods. to be honest, the only people who should be criticizing the system are the people who know every detail of it, which are the jagex mods in charge of selecting them... I dont have to see the system to know its flawed when i see lvl 36s with white crown, people muted for no reason and p mods threatening to mute when you give away there merchanting tactic.. hacked mods, levels over maturity, and the FEW bad mods. as for the last one, in the end the mod was demodded. you're judging most of the modding community on the actions of a few... the real world equivalent of that is racism. you don't support that , do you? a bit extreme, but it gets the point across... Lets not get on the subject of rascism, my government supports it. The subject is player mods, and the fact that there is that few bad seeds is worrying enough, its not hard to pick people who arnt going to mess up, the problem is, jagex doesnt know any of the people they make mods, if mods were chosen by people who actually play the game, then you would have less chance of some random noob becoming one.

Baba yaga and her house were actually a part of the Quest for glory games a bunch of adventure games back in the early 90s made by sierra. No idea if jagex just ripped them off or if they got permission to use it, but thats where its from.

What is it with you and a personal vendetta against Jagex and accusing them of trying to kill off pures? Honestly, seems like any good weapon for an all around player is an excuse for you to bash Jagex for not satisfying pures. Face it, they are. Defenders, RFD Gloves, Torsos, 60 and 70 Prayers. They are trying to reward defence to the point that Pures can't stand up against them. Jagex caters to the majority, pures are in the minority thats all that needs to be said on this topic.

I disagree with both your points here. First off, in a MMORPG game balance should always be much more important than the time or effort to get an item. The newly released items (godsword, dark bow) are getting too much KO power to a point that pking is more about a lucky first (and final) hit than any form of strategy or tactics. Surely, that can't be a good thing? Secondly, a lvl80 surely does NOT deserve to get 1 hitted by anyone. In wildy, a lvl 80 deserves to get owned by a lvl120, but should have some kind of chance to escape. 1 hitting is game over. Nobody enjoys that, not the attacker, and certainly not the target. In the current version of rs you NEED a 1-3 hit kill, or they just escape, some chance of escape? prayer, teleport, running, logging, its almost impossible to gte a kill on some one who doesnt stay arround and fight. The pker is risking 40+ million also, i think the risk far outways the reward, as soon as i get one im pking with it thogh :D

i assume that recruting pmods straight off tutorial island like they do atm is much better I never said they did that. But if pmods chose pmods, then some hacked pmod could make chaos. He would give everybody pmodship and alot of people would get muted. The current way is fine. Jagex would have to aprove every one of them, and they would have to have a clean record and decent ammount of xp. Not to mention jagex would look at the drastic ip change and probably just lock the account.

Hows it over powered, if your lvl 80 and fighting some one with 95 str thats holding a godsword you DESERVE to be killed. oh yeah? what about lvl 80s with the godsword? A lvl 88 with it hitting enough to ko some one his lvl will have to have prayer so low that he risks it every time he takes it out.

Every new item has a high drop rate the first day then is lowered within 1-2 days. D chain was 12m when released it rose to 40m within 4 days.

Drop rate is always high first day, wait till it gets lowered.

Killing macros isnt luring, you dont tell them to do anything, you drop items they pick them up, they follow the items, your not making them do anything theres no false pretence, its real flax.

Ive had 2 lvl 126 friends banned the same way, in stupid circumstances. one friend laoned another a red party hat he GAVE IT BACK then got banned for real world item trading.. If he bought a red party hat for some insane ammount of cash he surely wouldnt just give it back.. Jagex are [wagon]es.
