for all you people saying block bloodvelds...cannon them in blood alter dungeon. Its about 50k slayer xp per hour and i get 1 dragon drop a task on average.

if you use sara brews you NEED super restores on a 3 brews:1 restore ratio

my setup is full guthans black sally inf boots firecape fury barrows gloves seers ring LOTS of tar invent of: guthans spear whip+rune defender dds 1k+ blitz casts 2 brews, rest super restores karils top+bottom for first chest pray until you run out, after that cast blitz and cast diagonally with salamander. Do karils first and ah last, spec both of them, when karils drains your stats to below 75% of there max, drink a dose of super restore and use all the prayer you get. Brews are for emergencies, and super rests can also be used in emergencies. After each chest, heal on monsters in the tunnels until you are full hp. With this method i can get 100+ chests.

the first article...wow and yes, why does zaros give us a prayer boost when we change to his curses, but drains our prayer when we change to his magiks? Also i believe that if we follow the quest lines, our character's options are armadyl (although i may have killed enough aviansies to rule that out...), zaros or any of the desert pantheon besides the devourer and possibly scarabaras

very nice, but you forgot all the quests req'd for the separate parts of rfd :( also i think it would be easier using flash somehow, then you could have hide X quests, hide quests that i dont meet the requirements for, etc. I think if this is done, it should be added to the quest log in game by jagex as it would be the smoothest and most comprehensible

i would bring a gs, cuz the problem i always seem to have is i kill supreme too fast, so he spawns on me while im killing prime (with 99 range+eagle eye+potted) thats just my opinion though, and its mostly the spins that drain your prayer so the bonus isnt gunna be too big of a difference. I guess ill have to say if you have a sgs bring it, otherwise stick with balmung

Armored zombies and slayer are both good, along with dhing monkeys on ape atol, I find that on greaters/hellhonds/Abby demon tasks, I can get upwards of 125k xp per hour if I piety in kuradals dungeon.

and the other level.. and the outfit.. and the BoB.. bank isnt much, but one of my next goals is to improve it.. 3/16 goals for 2010 achived and its not even the middle of janruary..

That would mean you're getting 150+ SC points per hour, which seems rather high. That'd be upwards of 50 points a game factoring waiting time, in fact actually closer to 60 so yeah that's near impossible. with no cb and all 80+ stats it may be..

You got lucky with your hits. IMO it goes gs>range>whip also there's a reason most 130+ teams req a godsword, and it's based on MUCH more evidence then your 4 hits.

140k till 99 hp, 26k till 85 slayer, 345k till 95 def at the time of writing. ill probably get all three of them by the end of the weekend. After that I think ill go for quest cape then go tds/get void/fighter hat+gloves

Whip + Defender outperforms a Godsword in almost every situation. however, he was refering to bgwd when you said that whip&defender is better which would imply that it is at bgwd. however, at bgwd godsword>whip+rune defender Depends on your team, but generally you're correct. Your contradiction was unnecessary, however, as I cleverly included 'almost' between 'in' and 'every' in my original post. he was talking about bgwd when you said that whip+rune defender is better in almost every situation, which would imply that it is better at bgwd.
