this is a good idea, but wouldnt it be more effective just to use rings of dueling to bank all the time? its not that much slower, and you have to change your ring less often.

all thought this is illegal the best method is too buy 24 1m items, get 100% ep on the second account, and kill the first account in pvp, you wont get everything, but you should get 15m+

plank and situps are both ab exercises, not chest, but they wouldnt aggravate your wrist

XC ski, exercise bike, run outside, abs (side planks, regular planks, sit-ups, bicycles, numerous other ab exercises), swim, run on an indoor track, basically any cardio exercise would be good in your case. the abs just supplement the running/skiing and are easy to do in a low amount of time.

yeah just been duo hybriding dks, no axes yet but ive made about 6m so far with the talismens and stuff. Our mage got a zerker today and it tripled his bank :P got that while i was doing a spiritual mages task today, and 430k till 99 hp now, slowly getting there :P school starts tomarrow so my activity will probaly go waay down, im hoping for 1 dks run and 1 slayer task per day also if anyone has any ideas on how to improve my dks gear, (no i wont use brews+restores) let me know, i havnt really had a chance to analyze it yet because ive been outlasting my duoing partner :thumbdown:

just been slaying+boss killing lately. Did my first DK run ever today, its kind of addictive, ive been solo hybriding supreme+prime, while hugging north west corner to keep rex off me, no loot yet though :(

balmung is just barely worse then a whip vs little dags, its MUCH better then an anchor

70+ all stats 99 hp 99 defence 99 woodcutting 85 slayer 94 mage 88 summoning get pro armadyl gear go armadyl once a week (once i buy back halfway decent gear) yeah..working on 99 def and hp through slayer atm. blue drags tasks are nice, pretty much a guarantied 1m :P

it depends on which tasks you like better, theres not really a noticeable difference in xp or anything

I agree, I would want to be able to do simple things like check GE offers on my iPod. Now as for MSN messenger apps, I use Beejive, which is the est by far IMO. It costs 9.99 though, for a good free app, you should use Palringo. Thanks, I'll try out palringo and if i don't like it I'll buy beejive

I disagree with not being able to play Runescape on it, being able to check your GE offers from anywhere would be useful and some low click skills would be do able at a decent rate. A little offtopic but does anyone know of a MSN messenger app?

Huh how do you restore the stats lost from brews? Super restores do the trick. And also i would bring a bat(s) and titans when your inv gets emptier use a bat to get some papyas. 12 rests

After 70 just string yew longs. It's faster then cutting them and you profit

Yeah bats are better healing but titans are easier to use during combat. 5 man or more bring bat though

decided to start on a 100 chest barrows run before i went to bed 10th chest in i got this: yeah 8 dboots+robin+dh helm now in 24 hrs =D>

tele tab, ruby bolts e, diamond bolts e, broad bolts, 1 war tort summoned filled entirely with brews, 1 tort in invent 1 titan in invent, titan scrolls, 12 rests, rest of invent brews. thats my setup for trio/duoing

yeah 8 boots...made up for last task with none :P i got blue drags next, so another 1m task, but i wont be on for a few days :P
