Isabel heads to her cabin and looks around for some gauze or bandages. If she finds these, then she patches her wounds. If not, then she takes bits of cloth and patches her wounds.

Isabel starts slashing at the enemy's legs, trying to cleave them off. If she succeeds on anyone, then she kills them while they are on the floor. Then she attempts to grapple across again, asking for an allies assistance.

Isabel retreats back to the deck of the ship, then grapples back over to her ship, slashing guys on the way but not going out of the way to stop them. Then she yells for her allies to retreat back to her ship.

Isabel wakes up from a restful night's sleep ontop of the cannon. Then she attempts to jump on the cannon to make it roll into the crowd of pirates, while swinging her sword around as well.

Aleksa and Ari are boys. Enough said. ---- Surprisingly she did. Despite the fact that she may think I am evil/morally corrupt. I just have different views than most people.

That freaked me out more than anything you could've possibly said otherwise.

Yah Nex, I was talking to Lydia about her trip to Colorado this summer. Then I talked to Aleksa, so we're going to play tennis sometime. Then Allison was going to help me with my Class Presidential campaign, and then I talked to Ari about chess for a bit.
  13. Trying to find a female silkmoth. And I have eighteen leathers that I don't need, so I'll probaly make an extra backpack and then a buncha seedbags. :S
  14. Heh, once people are done with their plague prevention plans, just send them my way please. I haven't started rolling on it, at least until the Mongols come in. Remember that armies from plague infested lands bring plague! :D Now to list some possible effects: Economic penalty (trade routes shut down for the most part) Social Unrest Possible Plague Riots Cult religions based on some crazy ideas about the plague which will spread the plague, yet gain followers anyways Armies will have trouble fighting in the streets with all the dead corpses Effects that I don't want to use and why: Plague kills off large portions of armies - Not really fun to have your force decimated, when they could be decimated by the Mongols instead
  15. My parents are Buddhist, so if they found out that you said that, they would never let me talk to you again. :(
  16. Poland was simply getting ready, because the Mongolian army is heading STRAIGHT FOR THEM! Kiev has sorta been encircled, meaning you're next! (Or Bulgaria) Btw, Mongols are making good progress against the Egyptians and have conquered Antioch (huge city north of Jerusalem).
  17. Sadly, even though I planned one, I've come back too late from my cello lesson so I won't be able to fit in an update today. Sorry. :/
  18. I believe that the plague started in Asia? Yes, central Asia. Are you sure you don't want to reconsider Mather?
  19. Heh, my bad. I decided to temporarily stop the increase of IEG from economy, and instead increase the protection economy gives against the black plague's economic damaging effect. The increase given by economy is only currently around 4%, so it is rather small. However, the hurtful effect can be great, which is why I've given some cushion to that.
  20. It's worth more than 2m, but I thought you said that your budget was 12m, so that's what I put. Why would it be 12m?
  21. Thanks! :D
  22. Sure, but keep in mind they're invading with more soldiers. Also Dusty, do you have any clue about what forces you had the end of the crusade?
  23. Right. Thanks for keeping track, so I'll go and edit that in. I will calculate the cost of Dusty's army later, and then add that in as well. Also Rocco, I have changed infrastructure. Now it sorta indirectly affects economy, and the effectiveness of your troops in your land.
  24. I wasn't sure exactly what to do, but it seemed like your soldiers were trained enough to do the smartest thing in the situation, which was not to attack. EDIT: And you didn't roll that shabbily either. Oh everyone, please remember to get updated defence thingies to me. Your budget has been reset.
  25. Bulgarian Invasion of Mongolian-Controlled Hungary The battle began with the launching of pitch and ballista bolts at the main gate of Budapest. Unfortunately the metal grate did not budge, and the invaders had to find another way in. They decided upon a battering ram, which quickly caught fire on the burning balls of pitch launched earlier. Finally they decided on a trebuchet and broke down the gate. 3600 crossbowmen waiting patiently outside the gate with 7000 men at arms and 7000 pikemen guarding them. For over an hour, the Mongols did not come out. Finally the Bulgarian commander lost patience, and sent three thousand peasants into the city. When they reported a total absence of Mongols, the remainder of the army entered. Suddenly the main gate shut and the Bulgarians discovered some frightening news: the entire Mongolian army currently in Europe had gathered outside the walls of the city, while the army inside the city had fled by raft. Then the Mongolians started launching huge barrels of Naptha into the city, starting huge fires. Then dead corpses from the previous destruction of the city were reacquainted with their homeland, splatting against the roofs of houses. When the Bulgarian army exited the walls due to the burning city within, the Mongolians began slinging dead corpses onto the tight formation, as well as throwing jars of boiling Naptha. This loosened the formation, allowing the Mongolian horse archers to have free reign on the helpless Bulgarians. The sixteen hundred Bulgarian heavy horse archers removed themselves from the chaos, but they were quickly trapped by the Mongolian lancers and mercilessly slaughtered, though they put up a good fight. Meanwhile, two thousand Mongolian dismounted lancers who had lost their horses in previous battles charged forward with their short spears, but were repulsed by the sheer number of the Bulgarians. Meanwhile, the 8800 Hlaupari, moving in units of two hundred, had followed the Mongols on their quick ride from Kiev to Hungary. On the open steppe, they had been spotted by Mongolian scouts, so under orders from the supreme commanders in Iceland. However, they were useful in one respect. They kept a large portion of the Mongolian army in the rear instead of fighting the Bulgarians, and they also spotted another large force of Mongolian horsemen, moving in the direction of Poland, and later the soft heartlands of the Holy Roman Empire. The Mongolian commander lost his patience and sent in two thousand heavy lancers, smashing open the Bulgarian position. When the Bulgarian commander was impaled upon a lance and his corpse was paraded around, the Bulgarians surrendered in large numbers, and were quickly deprived of their ears and their lives. Meanwhile, the remaining Mongols have returned esat once more, probaly to settle down after a hard battle. Casualties: All the Bulgarians captured and killed, or simply killed Mongols 1800 Dismounted Lancers 4300 Heavy Lancers Italian Invasion of Italy The war continued as fresh Imperialist forces continued south of the border towards the Republics of Italy. However, they turned back as the Pope and his Swiss guard blocked the advance, warning that if the Italians attacked again, they would be excommunicated. Further, every man in the Italian army who fought against the Italian states would be sent to hell when they died.
