That's the team/country clan's responsibility to make sure that main clan comes before them no matter what. If people cared more about a certain team/country clan more than the clan itself, then I'd either talk with the team/country clan leaders to see if they have that rule enforced and if anyone skipped a T0 event for them then I'd consider pulling all members out from that specific team/country clan. Members loyalty can be an issue too, but with those rules enforced properly then it shouldn't be too much of one. True Jack... but shouldn't it be the responsiblity of the members them selves to understand what comes first? I mean I don't think any Team Leaders will be dumb enough to tell some of the members that their Team are more important than their real Offical clans... but I could be wrong... :mellow: Yeah, I agree however the leaders should make sure that they follow the rules for sure. This is where I'm worried about one team t0 members are in, as I've seen recently members of that team skip their main clans war to war for them. The leaders of the team shouldn't tolerate it at all, just creates so many problems.

I don't think no Downfall members took that serious. I just said to pass by #downfall if you want a fun war, no beef silly <3: Beef is good but since most of Lth is asian, we prefer fried cats and rice. Our British unit does enjoy tea and crumpets once in a while too. Our Canadians only like Mac and cheese and they always make it late cause they're driving the Zomboni to hockey games. What does your clan do to recover from slumps? What actions do YOU take? The leaders encourage activity and reward members who improve on it, and try to make the clan more of a family where people feel safe, secure and want to stay active so we don't slump again. So basically, if I see active members I'll praise them for being active, help make activity checks, motivation and a bit of recruiting to friends who are clanless, help make forums and IRC a funner place to be and raise morale, all of that stuff really. How well does your clan perform when your are slumping? How quickly can you recover? We've only been through 1 slump really, where our memberlist hopped down from 60 to 45 ish people (TK reopening, and such) and Warria06 and I were able to get everyone motivated and we did alright, we recovered pretty fast. We were back upto 50 within 2 weeks or so. What (in your opinion) is the best method/actions to take on recovering from slumping? Activity checks, more wars so members can be more active and rewards to the most active members so people have something to strive for when being active. Be prepared to take 2 steps backwards before taking 1 step plus more forwards, slumps don't just easily heal.

4 people make a huge difference, W/out those 4 people the war is completly different situation, you know this but w/e you won't accept the fact, maybe because TK has a history of multiclanning as well, or the fact that you hate Downfall. Tempted Killers has always had beef with Downfall because, well who actually knows, must be propaganda from their leaders because old rivalries are old but TK are still (fail) trolling.
