True Ownage wrecks Team 'Playboy Bunnies' aka Team 'No Namers'
Jack replied to Jack's topic in Wars & Run-Ins
It was more of a warning to the other clans that post here more than anything else. If they had been clean and not mass sniped horribly throughout, I would have happily written a politer topic without mentioning of a slaughtering whatever the outcome. We will be challenging outselves more though. -
Ninane stop trolling, or posts will have to be removed. You have been warned. <3: Lol, good job I guess Poison, although it's a success for Notorious as they got your fight stopped.

We'll get used to it, personally I hate it.

Does your clan still actively make and pursue goals?
Jack replied to Kimberly's topic in Clan Discussions
Does your clan make goals? Better themselves? Do you let your results speak for yourself or do you try to pump people up to reach them? What do you guys to correct this problem? Do you not care, or is it not a problem? As a clan, the staff and I always try to make goals that the clan can strive to. Currently, we have a long term goal which is to have a 120 combat average with a 96 Defence average. We're not far away from either, and we've done a good job getting from the 113 average we was 6 months ago to the 118 we are today, but we realise there are other problems to address so we'll always be making goals and pursuing goals to keep improving as a clan and also as a community to be the best we can be. When we're approaching a goal, we like to make sure there's enough motivation for people to strive to succeed. We offered things such as free members and a custom signature made just for our members if they reached for example, the most Defence XP in a month. In January there was more motivation when I participated in this challenge and raced with others to 99 Defence to try to make it more fun for everyone. If the goal doesn't go too well however, we do care and take notice, and yes we consider it a problem as we're disadvantaging ourselves if we're constantly lower levels than our opponents. We fix the problem as soon as we can, and get everyone focused on the goal again by making banners and reminding everyone constantly in wars. Even recently we raised our requirements for Future Applicants and set stricter level requirements such as 75 Magic and 85 Defence. We're doing all that's possible to help achieve our goals, because by achieving our goals we give ourselves more potential to be able to perform with bigger, better clans which in the long run, will give us a bigger reputation and help us gain committed members. So yes, our clan do actively make and persue goals and we value them very highly. -
Welcome to Tip.It TNC.

What is your idea with mass recruiting? In my opinion, mass recruiting is a sign of desperation. The best way to help gain more recruits, is to build a core community of members and to keep adding people into the 'family'. In T0 this brings us a lot of recruits as a good 75% of our members are 110% loyal and it attracts people to be in a stable clan with steady growth, as clan members tell their friends to join and once they're in, we make sure they enjoy the experience. If you have any common sense, or want your clan to be successful, I highly recommend not to mass recruit. How did your clan start off building numbers quickly? At the start we didn't ask members to join us, they naturally came as the clan was made by two high ranks in Legendz (Me, Leader at the time, and Warria06, Warlord at the time) so people wanted to be with their good friends rather than be clan loyal, which was fair since most of the people who left helped to make the clan what it was, but wrong because we didn't want to cause any problems. Unfortunately it did cause quarrels between me and Legendz high ranks (which are fortunately over) when they accused me of stealing their members, when infact I told LGZ members to stay loyal to their clan. When we had a good 25 members, we started recruiting here on Tip.It, and TK closed so we recruited the close friends of T0 members that were in TK at that time. We then asked friends of our members to join and made sure we had a good clan image so people would want to join, rather than us asking people to join. Its worked out pretty well except when we had the flame war with DV, but generally that's how we managed to build numbers relatively fast.

[TCIT] Clan Europe & Silent Ember -vs- Crimson Raiders & Downfall
Jack replied to HAR's topic in Wars & Run-Ins

The fact Notorious had more opts than you at the time you ended says its own story when it was AA+Poison v Notorious for god knows how long. Gratz Notorious.

If you had people going in and leaving the portal, that's your own fault for not taking the war seriously. We were recording this war but the member who was stopped since it made us look bad warring people who came in p2p gear, mass sniped and flamed. I hope no-one has to ever suffer a war with you in the near future. -

Pretty sure it was only 29, was only brief though. Still great for a 1 hour prep either way.

Got home about half way through, managed to get 1kill and tanked you guys off in the last minute. We performed rather well given your superior numbers which was 40+ at some moments. Ending was 38-44. Lost by 6 kills outnumbered by 15+ throughout the fight except last few minutes where you guys didn't return or something. :? Good fight, gratz on the win tDD.

Glad to see you come back to TWR, best of luck.

Team Power Rangers V The Brazilian Kings ____________________________ In IRC we were getting bored, so Everton found us a 1 hour prep against TBK, and the rules were agreed on as follows: 1 hour CWRI, Turrets, Melee, Binds and Ranged allowed, Offensive Magic not allowed, 5 Man Sniper Cap, Corrupt not allowed, Rings allowed, Date negotiated: Sunday 28th February, Time negotiated: 4:30PM EST. ____________________________ Everyone was buzzing about our pull, as we managed to outpull TBK 26-25. TPR Starting: 26 TBK Starting: 25 ____________________________ As the war approached, we got the message out fast so people could participate in this war before watching the Canada v USA Olympic Final or go to sleep. We pulled a solid 26, and had a good mix of Rangers and Binders whereas TBK didn't, with them having more Rangers than Binders. Due to this, they got an early lead, but we came back almost immediately with some good calling by Everton to take a 3 man lead. It was relatively even for the first 15 minutes, until our opts increased in which we peaked at 29 people at one stage, and the lead kept increasing as we took firm control of the fight, and at one stage were getting K0's left, right and center. Due to the increase of opts, we decided to send out a couple of extra snipers so that we had 5 (the cap), and they managed to get a couple of K0's in what was a laggy world, but nice job from them. After building a solid 20 kill lead, we allowed a couple of people to have a chance at calling, good job to Vannaka, Yufei, Magik and Ninane. The end kills for TBK flattered them as our Dutchie Unit got some rest, people logged out to see the game due to us winning easily, and we should have won by a lot more, but it was great fun nonetheless, great job TPR. ____________________________ TPR Ending Kills: 83 TBK Ending Kills: 56 (Nearest current picture shows 81-55) ____________________________ Other Pictures: ] ____________________________ ____________________________ 4 kills, 0 deaths. Perfomance was great, thank you to the fail trolls who managed to motivate us to pull hard. Thanks for the fight TBK. - Jack

Well you had people returning, surely if they had any common sense they'd report this mystery person in the CC or PM a Leader. Cool story.
