With the staff of light, arcane necklaces, freezing spells, healing spells, poison spells, cheap equipment, tome of frost, I think magic PvP is fairly balanced. Magic in PvM, however, is very unbalanced.

Try using a super set with a slayer helm/black mask. If they're still hitting too much, use infinity boots, any shield with good mage def, and a god cape.

Omali's completely in line here. Back to your issue... If you knew for certain you had a keylogger, what did you think would happen if you changed your password on the same computer? Jagex isn't a freaking fairy of the internet, they can only protect your account so much. And from their point of view, it certainly looks like the keylogger is the rightful owner. And hiring a PI seems drastic, especially since they are somewhat expensive (im assuming), compared to the millions of FREE virus scanners out there.
