I would try to get 75 Magic for the SoL, it will help loads. Battle Robes are good too, as they will help save runes, Ahrim's is a good second option, with Dagon'hai Robes being better than mystic for their prayer boost. If your Dungeoning is high enough, a stream necklace or a tome of frost is very helpful. If you don't have a SoL, then a Master Wand, Ancient Staff, or Water staff will do.

Armoured Zombies, although Slayer is a lot more fun and less monotonous.

I got to the part where you feel the wight on your chest, but I couldn't move during my dream, I just kinda saw everything as it was happening, like a movie.

You body should feel stiff, like you can't move, and you should start hallucinating, at which point you can close your eyes and start Lucid Dreaming.
