You would need to join F2P dungeons and just skill, make food, armour, etc. Best way I know of.

Why? Aren't they only allowed to have 2.147B of any value, which includes experience? And because experience is counted in tenths, this would cap experience at 1/10 of that, so 214m. Which is also why the exp counter only goes to 214m as well.

I thought they can't go past 214m exp anyway?
