And granite shield is even cheaper if need be. You're mainly going for range def when there. Shield slots basically go... Granite<obsidian<DFS<Chaotic Kite(?)~Elysian(?)<Divine

eh, I don't like cannon there, so it helps me. He needs to work on his range and mage before seriously considering Pvping with either weapon. He doesn't really need either right now tbh :unsure:

Usually with a team, when we're killing rex, nothing is on us, so I SS anyways, and defense isn't important. What about for solos? I'd lean more towards sticking with a dfs since defense means a lot more when you're by yourself.

if you already have everything else important (helm, rings, cancled tasks), then get it. It makes gargoyles so much easier, and even slightly afkable.

It's still more, which means you WILL be hitting more often.

While also looking for the armadyl spirit shield folk, look for the Ahrims chaotic staves as well. They're ones doing most of the "sad pking", so get on their team ;)

He wouldn't be at Ivy for "half the time" because he isn't doing it for the xp. I also don't see what's wrong with him liking that either. I enjoy killing poorly animated and designed monsters for hours in hopes of an equally poorly designed drop so I can later sell it for unimportant poorly designed piles of gold coins

You guys didn't read the thread...at all.... He already has 99 Woodcutting. He enjoys the skill that is Woodcutting...for him now, woodcutting xp really isn't useful, he continues to cut because he likes it. He likes the skill enough to make himself a goal with it. His goal is to cut 10k of every log. His goal IS NOT to get fast xp. His goal IS NOT to get fast money from woodcutting. He NEVER said that ANY log is superior to Ivy. He DOES NOT think they Cutting willows, oaks, maple, yews etc. is in any way better then cutting Ivy. He is doing this purely because he enjoys it. You CANNOT tell him it isn't fun, because it is COMPLETELY SUBJECTIVE. The simple fact that he likes to do it, proves you wrong. As much as it pains me to say this....GTFO with efficiency.....
