Your Slayer level makes me cry :( Overall, I'll give you a 7/10. Only a 7 becuase you didn't train some reletively easy skills, at least use Tears of Guthix, c'mon.

Don't walk through the trees on your wayto the altar. The somewhat 'clear' path is barren iirc. And as it ZMI, it makes you profit, ot just takes longer. At least it makes ne profit, and it's decent XP.

While graahking there is nothing to attack you if you use Castle Wars to bank and tele from. Just use a Ring Of Duelling from the Nature Altar back to CW, rinse, repeat. Alternatively you can use the safe ZMI route. Nothing attacks you, but it takes a little bit longer. Mainly skillers/lower combat players use that route. Hope I helped!

Minotaurs in the Stronghold Of Security, or Hill Giants in the safespot; if you choose Hill Giants, make sure you're quick at attacking, but once you get down a technique, you're fine. As for Minotaurs, just Range them over the wall in the middle of the room, and pick up all Iron Arrows and Rune Essence. ;) Hope I helped!

The new rewards looks semi-nice, but honestly, I liked the old rewards (armor-wise) way better. However, the shield and the capes are nice. I haven't heard much about the Halo's so I can't say anything about them. ;)

Both of the posts above me are correct, and if you DO manage to find a clan of some sort, it's definately faster than using the Novice Boat with other random users.

POH problem - don't go into your POH, then you won't be the colors. Problem solved. Skill Cape problem - Change your gender to female. Problem solved.

The above post makes no sense. If it really bothers you that your monsters die faster, report the bug, and wait until it's fixed.

The only skill I know a bit about is Smithing, so I'll give you some tips. If you are mining concentrated Gold Ore, I would use that with Goldsmithing Guantlets from The Family Crest quest. Also, make sure you do your smelting in the Edgeville Furnace, which requires any of the three Varrock armour pieces I believe.

Finally, been a while since Castle Wars has seen anything new.

I think that since you are now able to purchase the purple Elemental Body through the Grand Exchange, most people who had tried the puzzle, or refuse to use a guide and couldn't complete the quest may just give up, seeing as they can just purchase the reward. ;) Just bought mine, 11K in GE. Took about 5 minutes, and I rather like it.
