  1. This. I found myself logging in, scrolling through my bank for 5 minutes and then getting bored. Nothing excites me at all about RS anymore, even the latest fairy quest isn't enough to tempt me back. When thsi happens i let my members run out, then i go crazy over someething else like *cough*school, or something. Then when i come back in a month or two, i get exited over the new things, rant about the old days, get killed by a chicken and then start playing again cause i remember how fun it is.
  2. then why does it work on scellatons? The blood is produced in the bone marrow? :twss:
  3. HAd no soul=zamorakian? kind of a long shot.
  4. Yeah, he appears when having all diamonds in your inventory. The thing is, when the guy teleports with the stranger after him, the stranger stays and starts following other people that is close to him. I don't know if it's a glitch or something. It's pretty funny having the guy after you. I thought he came after you if you had any diamond in your inv, even regular before starting the quest.
  5. Make it a spell, ring slot is already well used.
  6. I'd orgasm but nowadays everywhere's accessible with fairy rings or some kind of transport. soloing would be too easy Not if they made it break if you died, you would still need to run back to the grave. Also, they could make them not work in some locations (like godwars, maybe resetting counter and appearing outside boss door). This would be epic for slayer though, and that is what most people would use this for I think. IT would make several skills easier to train by cutting bank trips. Would there be a need to make it unprofitable? or rather expensive so that it's not what everyone will use all the time for everything in any way but more of a way of convenience for the rich and lazy.
  7. This isn't working for me. I get a table that i can't change, so i can't clean it up. I can't use Index for some reason, and i can't use the prices to make a calculation either because GEdb writes it like "6,357" instead of "6357".
  8. According to Mod Johan, the jagex mod who rules the swedish community forums, Sweden is supposedly also a supported country, but is not on the list..
  9. Only in important cuscenes in quests. We don't want bankers yelling at us every time we bank.
  10. I don't get it... after seeing this, I had to make sure it wasn't shopped. its not In the original Japanese dub of the series, and in both the Japanese and English language mangas, Vegeta states that Goku's level is actually "over 8000." On October 17th, 2006, 4Channer and Youtube user Kajetokun uploaded the video "9000!! NINE THOUSAAAAANDD!" Today, the video has over five million views. Know your meme.
  11. It never made sense to have one in the first place. Hopefully, if they insist on having it again, i hope it will be a lower multiplier for a longer time, and that the weekend is at most once a year.
  12. Plain staffs can be high tier. For instance, a tier 8 wood could be made into a tier 8 plain staff. That plain staff could then be imbued at an altar to become a fire staff etc. The imbued staffs only have three tiers. Lower tier plain staffs can be made into fewer imbued versions. A tier 1 plain staff can only be made into a water staff, if i remember right.
  13. If you try to catch it barehanded it glitches up your entire dungeon, if you use traps it works fine. What they tried to fix was that you could open the door when the furret went in one of the holes in the ground - it obviously went badly wrong. :P Wait, what? What kind of traps are we talking about? Hunting traps didn't work at all. unless you're supposed to have money to buy better wood than tier 1 in the first room entered, or if you aren't supposed to put the traps on the holes( which is a pretty obvious way of trapping it, but.. it didn't work).
  14. Teaching the guild master how to pickpocket nets you some jagex puns like "Hankerchief on. Hankerchief off. Well actually just hankerchief off." and at 73 thieving i got 2000 exp for teaching him. At 73 thieving i got 72 hanky points and that got me around 5300 thieving exp.
  15. imbued Normal staffs are tier 1, no matter the wood its made of. Enhanced staffs are tier 2. only a select few should be tier 3+.
  16. This argument doesn't work. If it was released as a minigame, people would discuss it as a minigame. On the other hand, when released as a skill, people have expectations. They know what a normal skill is like, and they will compare and debate. Again, released as a minigame there nothing to complain about. It's awesome like a minigame, but right now dungeoneering is too empty (not in content) to be viewed as a skill by some.

    No new skills

I agree with this man. I didnt do a comparison or compare. I did a whatever the opposit of compare is because I said what Summoning has Dungeoneering doesnt  The whole point of making something new is that it's supposed to be new. There would be no point in another skill like mining or woodcutting, and Jagex knows this. That's why the last skills have been something that we have never seen before. If every skill was just a copy paste, i would have quit a long time ago, because i don't play bad games. Saying that dungeoneering is just a minigame is silly in my eyes. As a minigame it wouldn't progress and the rewards would not have been as good. As a skill, we can have these rewards and possibly more at the same time we can have massive content that is fun and challenging in a new way, both solo and multi. The possibilities of Dungeoneering are many, just because that is an area that hasn't been explored (pun not intended).
  18. Bone crusher. Buries 5.5 exp bones and 15 exp bones. That would amount to around 800 exp per hour. Yeah, that's a significant increase. If you're right, they're really taking their time on this one.
  19. Where did the forums for other languages go? nvm, i found them. They are accessible by entering the forums and then clicking on the flags at the top of the page.
  20. Talking to a worldbearer, it says that their goal is to blow up the dungeon. Will they suceed with that? then jagex better add some more dungeons.
  21. Buying battlestaffs is slow. A lot of restrictions.
  22. A quick calculation shows i need 6k green hides to 75 crafting. Selling back the green d hide bodies means it will cost 9m. Approximately right? Making battlestaffs is really slow in my opinion, and i dont see it being that good exp. Is there another option that would be cheaper than making green dhide bodies and faster than buying battlestaffs?
  23. I think the name itself is a pretty good clue: skill is a synonym of ability. A skill should be something you train to gain abilities or resources that are part of the game. This doesn't qualify. So if reasonable rewards were offered, that gave considerable bonuses (which could encompass either resourses or abilities), would you consider Dungeoneering a skill? An ability he says. Well its pretty obvious that you could get better at spellunking, so it's a bad argument. I think the point is that dungeoneering has almost no impact on your gaming experience outside dungeoneering. So far, only a few have even come to the point where they could actually get something for their tokens., but most are probably saving up to something much better. At the moment, there is no advantage outside daemonheim in having lvl 30 dungeoneering aside from 30 total levels and another ranked skill. Rewards should come successively as you progress in the skill. Right now, you need 70+ dungeoneering to get a bonecrusher, and even that reward is pretty lame. Comparing it with construction where one of the first good rewards come around level 55 when you can mount a glory in the house. It would be a good comparison if it wasnt for the fact that construction has a lot more, less exciting rewards earlier on, such as making tea, fixing armour, getting supplies, refilling prayer and summoning, and so on. Dungeoneering has nothing but items that are only available after a set amount of experience. This also means that if you would buy a bonecrusher, it would take a longer time to get a chaos weapon or a shield. Experience is then a currency. What else have currencies? Minigames do. Pieces of eight, tokkul, points, etc. Right now dungeoneering as a skill is useless. The good thing about this that it can get better, it can be fixed. Let's hope jagex makes dungeoneering worthwhile even at lower lvls like -50. There's lots of potential here. They could add many dungeons with different approaches. One for combat, one for skilling, one for puzzles, one for clans, one for survival of the fittest, etc. So far, with one dungeon and and just a fraction of the rewards, it looks good in gameplay, but bad in design.
