Well, You could say they they lose their.. Honor. *badum-tss* I used to make a lot of new friends while skilling. Now nobody ever really talks in the regular chat. People are either talking with friends and clan chat, semi-afk training, minding their own or botting. Everyone who doesn't respond when someone QC's their lvl 69 woodcutting are automatically classified as bots. The grand exchange is just a too busy place to make any sort of conversation, but world 2 was even worse. There's also a sort of caste system based on how many 99's you have and how much expensive stuff you have on you. Those who aren't at least as "successful" as you are noobs not worth the time. Because I haven't trained a skill to 99 just for the sake of a cape, a few people I've met have actually just said "lolnoob" then walked away, even though they wanted my help. You could say that skillcapes was what made this change of attitude, because not only do 99's make people feel superior, it has given a big incentive to bot. Before skillcapes, Only the dedicated had 99's besides combat. The majority of players were focused on the combat part of RS, which was very easy and fun. No reson for botting than to afford those pk equipments. Now there's an unwritten rule that until you have at least one 99, you're a noob, and as soon as you get that cooking/fletching cape you are above the rest. Botting has generally made an impact by introducing the view that you have nothing to lose by cheating in this game. Care only about yourself so that you can wield that sign saying "I'm better than you". This view of other people is really damaging, not only for the game but in the real world, but I digress.

Lag, Lagging. Therefore some assume it's Lagging, Lagg.

Yesterday, I was lagging so much that the logout button didn't respon for a minute in which period of time I could move, click and talk until it logged me out. Prior to yesterday, I hadn't lagged at all. When I'm playing normally, Fps is around 50 on max settings, when I walk into GE it drops to around 30 Fps. That's understandable, though.

Try reading the Kbase articles about the different combat styles. You'll find the new armor and bow there.

The most appealing thing about the cintiq is that you can put it on a pivot arm and move it around, and when you're done, you have an extra screen right there.

How very arrogant it seems to presume to be in a better position to decide what the artist should do than the artist himself. As a rule, people have a harder time noticing and improving their own faults than other people do. As long as it's valid, It's not rude. Artists who can't take it when someone critiques them should think again. It's only there for the artists to improve. As for rewards, If some cash is not allowed(I remember contests with cash rewards), There could be a "featured" gallery, showing all the winners in a spotlight along with links to where you can find the artist. small custom stamps almost like small signature images could also be an option. I'm sure some people would appreciate them. Well, free trade is coming, so a million cash is an option. :mellow: I admire the wish to have good discussions and good critique posted, but I'm guessing you're not going to get artists in without allowing encouragements. If I can be bothered, I'll make a tutorial of sorts on how to draw something.

I have an intuos 4 right next to me, which is just like a bamboo, except I get it in sleek black, a few buttons and a touch wheel, And some pressure levels, I assume. It's basically the same product. I'm guessing you want to draw with it. The Intuos was relatively easy to get in to. It's just about being comfortable with not being able to look at, or turn the paper. You have to look at the screen and turn the canvas in the program instead. It also takes a while to get yourself comfortable with the tool. It's not anything like paper. After some time playing around with it every day, It got really natural to use. Today, I can draw good on both paper and withthe tablet. It also depends a lot on the Pc/programs you have and use it for. I recommend it, It's really nice to use.

The item limit will probably stay or be raised slightly. The price caps will be removed. Hopefully, the 5% min & max are still shown as default like now. And lowest price floors will probably also stick around.

Copy paste is not something to look down upon. It's a common practice and a lot of the best work include lots of resuing parts of the painting, even earlier paintings and stock photography and the like. It's a good motive, but the composition is somewhat bland.

Look at the screenshots here to get the spawn spot. When you put the gloves on you get a message that it empowers you, then you take it off you get a message saying that you calm down a bit. The gloves have a check option wihch shows how much charge left there is in percentages %. Tho above, total [cabbage]. That thing is such a pushover, at least in a mass.
