According to a post on the RSOF, f2p highscores will be returning to the game. I for one, really hope this is true and that jagex makes good on the promise. If they do, our list can once again be brought to 100% accuracy. I feel bad for those who left the f2p game because of the highscore removal, though.... I'll suspend work on player profiles for now, but will resume it if jagex does not follow through with this. Let's sincerely hope this does actually happen ^_^ That's some good news! :D

I hope the Clan Avatar doesn't have any effect in F2P.

Maybe that's more work than it's worth, but just a thought. :) The problem is that when I try and actually input new code like that into the list, everything bugs out. Names get moved around, rows don't line up, all that jazz. It's unfortunate, but that's what happens. Inserting a little picture has minimum collateral damage, but making mouse-over options (like i tried to do for player profiles) really just gums up the works. Just use alt, simple and should do the job. Most flags are known, so don't spend too much time on it :razz: (Example: < img src="flagCountry1" alt="Country1" >)

Highscore/advent log check is a pretty simple, accurate test to see if they are p2p or were recently. It also shows your player status as p2p or f2p on forum/clan pages. For people who used to be P2P but are no longer, the method doesn't work, but for anyone who is "currently" or "recently" a member, there's no real way to hide it anymore. There's also the runetrack and runesearch methods which work to show if accounts were once p2p. The player Gereed123 doesn't trigger a single red flag in any of these. Unless there's actually proof somewhere, i have a hard time believing it, and no, we won't remove him because of one person's claim. he claim he didn't play that month he was member, but many people know he was member for one month. And here you got some proof! Gereed has been member for a month yes, but he hasn't done any xp in P2P because he wanted to stay pure F2P. He wanted to buy membership on his P2P account (while he was drunk or something) and accidently got the membership on Gereed123 instead. There is no point in discussing this because in the end it hasn't had any influence at all on his account, skills or experience.

Personally I wouldn't get 2 weeks membership. On a spare I'd probably train Prayer or Ranged, but it totally depends on what your goals in RuneScape are.

Don't really care tbh, when Jagex deleted me and my fellow F2P players from the hiscores I stopped caring about any XP/level-related competition and started to just do what I enjoy :).

Small update, all skills 85+ now :smile:

Kinda funny F2P was removed from the hiscores because all the F2P bots made the hiscores an unrealistic presentation of the real ranks. Now they've removed 700K P2P bots... Jagex

Most Dutch/Belgium pure F2P's are found in TLL :) Gereed123 (almost maxed +-110 DG) - Belgium 222champ (maxed with 99 dg) - Netherlands Sheerleader2 (almost maxed with 100+? dg) - Netherlands Pietha (almost maxed with ? dg) - Netherlands Capt Spiff (maxed with 99 dg) - Netherlands Don Dogo (maxed without dg) - Netherlands Heksal (1560 total, maxed dg) - Netherlands Dutch people are known for being greedy, I guess that's why we have so many pure F2P players :D

If those options would be possible I think Jagex would somehow block it, because they don't want us to have hiscores. They want money, not respect, so I personally wouldn't waste my time on this :unsure:.

I heard that RuneScape will be multi-combat everywhere. Training on hellhounds already stinks because you've got to bank alot, now imagine being attacked by multiple of them. Killing for 10 minites, banking for 10 minites, killing for 10 minites and so on... If they don't give more xp/hit than low leveled monsters then I see no point in this update. Gaining less xp/hour at a higher level is ridiculous <_< Not to mention Giants. Where can I train on to get big bones and decent combat xp?

Ofcourse the nerf is a graph and not a jump at 1 level difference. Jagex had already stated before that 89/90 combat doesn't make a big difference ;)

Do you use a database for all the stats or do you just write all the stats in the Html-file? If you do the last thing, it will really be a waste of time. Just write some Javascript/PhP, makes life alot easier :)

Ofcourse a set is more worth than the pieces, because it's harder to get a full set. That's not scamming, that's the market. They could've just adjusted the prices of a set to it's parts... Ooh and I reached the 1500 Total milestone :)

1) The purchase of a gravite rapier for training and the training method. Unless you're planning to get 120 Dungeoneering, it's a total waste of tokens/dg time to use a Rapier for training. It only gives like 1K xp/h more which is nothing. About 2), I would just go for 99 in everything. That's even more kickass and doesn't limit you :)

Expensive P2P items obtainable in F2P... nice RWT Jagex, now you can just buy mills! <_<
